دور رقمنة التعليم في تحويل المدارس الرسمية المتميزة للغات بمحافظة الدقهلية إلى مجتمعات تعلم مهنية ( الواقع- المأمول)

ملخص
    هدفت الدراسة رصد  دور رقمنة التعليم  في تحويل المدارس الرسمية المتميزة  للغات بمحافظة الدقهلية  إلى مجتمعات تعلم مهنية،  ومقترحات تفعيل هذا الدور، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفى، وتم تطبيق الاستبانة على  المعلمين والمديرين بالمدارس الرسمية المتميزة  للغات بمحافظة الدقهلية  وبلغ عددهم(425) معلماً ومديراً ، وانتهى البحث  إلى عدة مقترحات لتفعيل دور رقمنة التعليم  في تحويل المدارس الرسمية المتميزة  للغات بمحافظة الدقهلية  إلى مجتمعات تعلم مهنية ، منها: تهيئة المناخ والإطار التنظيمي الملائم لتطبيق معايير  لمجتمعات المهنية التعاونية في المدارس المتميزة، التحديث المستمر لبرامج التدريب في مجال المهارات الرقمية لمتابعة التطورات التعليمية الحديثة، تشجيع إدرة المدارس للمبادرات الفردية من قبل المعلمين لتطوير العمل، تعديل اللوائح والقوانين  الروتينية بالمدارس، بما يتناسب مع العصر الالكتروني، تنظيم المدارس لورش العمل والندوات والمؤتمرات لإكساب العاملين فيها مهارات توظيف التكنولوجيا، الجدية في إدخال التجديدات التي تسهم في تطبيق معايير مجتمعات التعلم المهنية بالمدارس، توفير آلية لقياس مستوى تحسن الأداء فى المدارس بشكل مستمر، تفعيل الأنظمة الخاصة بتحفيز المعلمين المادي والمعنوي على المشاركة في البرامج التدريبية .
 
Abstract                                                                
The study aimed to monitor the role of education digitization in transforming distinguished public language schools in Dakahlia Governorate into professional learning communities, and proposals for activating this role. The research used the descriptive approach, The questionnaire was applied to teachers and principals in distinguished public language schools in Dakahlia Governorate, and their number reached (425) teachers and principals. The research concluded with several proposals to activate the role of education digitization in transforming distinguished public language schools in Dakahlia Governorate into professional learning communities, including: creating the appropriate climate and regulatory framework for implementing Standards for cooperative professional communities in distinguished schools, continuous updating of training programs in the field of digital skills to follow modern educational developments, encouraging school management for individual initiatives by teachers to develop work, amending routine regulations and laws in schools, in a way that suits the electronic age, organizing schools for workshops, seminars and conferences. To provide its employees with the skills of using technology, being serious about introducing innovations that contribute to applying the standards of professional learning communities in schools, providing a mechanism to measure the level of improvement in performance in schools on an ongoing basis, and activating systems for motivating teachers financially and morally to participate in training programs.
