دور مؤسسات رياض الأطفال في تنمية قيم التنمية المستدامة لدي أطفالها( المعوقات- سبل المواجهة)

هدف البحث رصد المعوقات التي تحول دون قيام مؤسسات رياض الأطفال بدورها في تنمية قيم التنمية المستدامة لدى أطفالها وسبل مواجهتها، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفى، وتم تطبيق الاستبانة على عينة من الموجهات والمديرين والمعلمات القائمين على رأس العمل بمدارس رياض الأطفال بمحافظة الدقهلية قوامها(305) فرداً، وانتهى البحث إلى عدة مقترحات لمواجهة المعوقات التي تحول دون قيام مؤسسات رياض الأطفال بدورها في تنمية قيم التنمية المستدامة لدى أطفالها ، منها: تدريب المعلمات على أساليب واستراتيجيات التعلم الحديثة المدرجة بالمنهج، تدريب المعلمات على أساليب التقويم الحديثة بالمنهج، رفع مستوى اللغة الإنجليزية لدى معلمات الروضة، تزويد الروضات بمعلمات تتناسب وأعداد الأطفال بالروضة، تذليل الصعوبات التى تواجه أولياء الأمور أثناء عمل التكليفات المنزلية، إثراء قاعات النشاط بالخامات والأدوات والأجهزة والألعاب, مع مراعاة التنوع الذي لا يربك الطفل أو يشتت انتباهه وتركيزه, ويحثه على الفحص والتجريب والاستكشاف، ضرورة تعاون الوالدين مع معلمة الروضة والأخذ بملاحظاتها والعمل على تصحيح الجانب السلبي وتعزيز الجانب الايجابي لدى أطفالهم، ضرورة أن تشمل دور رياض الأطفال على وسائل وألعاب تعليمية تناسب الفئة العمرية للطفل واهتماماته وميوله لزيادة الحصيلة اللغوية وتنمية المهارات الاجتماعية لدى الأطفال كالتمثيليات ولعب الأدوار واستخدام التكنولوجيا الحديثة في التعليم.
Abstract:
The aim of the research is to monitor the obstacles that prevent kindergarten institutions from playing their role in developing the values of sustainable development among their children and ways to confront them. The questionnaire was applied to a sample of mentors, principals and teachers who are on the job in kindergarten schools in Dakahlia Governorate, consisting of (305) individuals The research concluded with several proposals to address the obstacles that prevent kindergarten institutions from playing their role in developing the values of sustainable development among their children, including: training teachers on modern learning methods and strategies included in the curriculum, training female teachers on modern evaluation methods in the curriculum, raising the level of English language among teachers Kindergarten, providing kindergartens with teachers commensurate with the number of children in the kindergarten, overcoming the difficulties that parents face during the work of home assignments, enriching the activity halls with materials, tools, devices and games, taking into account the diversity that does not confuse the child or distract his attention and focus, and urges him to examine, experiment and explore, the need for parental cooperation With the kindergarten teacher and taking into account her observations and working to correct the negative side and enhance the positive side of their children, the need for the role of kindergartens to include educational means and games that suit the age group of the child, his interests and tendencies to increase the linguistic outcome and develop social skills among children such as dramas, role-playing and the use of modern technology in education.
