تصور مقترح لتكوين الطالب الريادي بالجامعات المصرية "جامعة الإسكندريَّة كدراسة حالة"

تُعدُّ البطالة عامة وبطالة خريجي الجامعات خاصة من أهم المشكلات التي تفرض نفسها بقوة وبشكل دائمٍ وملحٍّ على الساحة العالميَّة والإقليميَّة والمحليَّة، لا سيَّما في ظلّ الأزمات والتحولات الاقتصاديَّة الكبرى التي يشهدها العالم في العصر الراهن، وما نتج عنه من تقلص فرص العمل الحكومي والخاص. ولما كانت ريادة الأعمال أحد أهم الاتجاهات المعاصرة لخلق فرص عمل للشباب، وترسيخ ثقافة العمل الحرّ بينهم، فقد صار على الجامعات ضرورة تكثيف العناية بفكر ريادة الأعمال، وتنمية المعارف والمهارات والخصائص الرياديَّة لدى طلابها لتأهيلهم للقيام بالمشروعات الرياديَّة التي توفر لهم وللآخرين فرص عمل تحقق لهم منفعة شخصية، وللمجتمع التقدم.
ومن ثم هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التوصل لتصور مقترح للارتقاء بدور الجامعات المصرية في بناء الشخصية الريادية لدى طلابها، مما يجعلهم قادرين على تأسيس مشروعات ريادية توفر لهم فرص عمل جديدة؛ مما يساعد في الحد من ظاهرة البطالة التي قد تواجه أغلبهم بعد التخرج.
وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي ؛ وذلك من خلال إلقاء الضوء على الأطر النظرية والفكرية للتعرف على الفكر الريادي، ومفهوم الطالب الريادي وأبرز خصائصه، و آليات تكوينه، كما استخدمت دراسة الحالة؛ في اختيار جامعة الإسكندريَّة كنموذج للجامعات المصرية، في تعرف آراء طلابها حول واقع تكوين الطالب الريادي والكشف عن مواطن القوة والضعف فيه، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلي أن واقع تكوين الطالب الريادي بجامعة الإسكندريَّة، يعاني قصورًا في كثير من الجوانب، وقد انتهت بطرح تصور مقترح، يمكن من خلاله الارتقاء بدور الجامعات المصرية في تكوين الطالب الريادي.
Abstract
Unemployment in general, and unemployment of university graduates in particular, is one of
the most important problems that imposes itself strongly, permanently, and urgently on the global,
regional, and local arenas. Especially in light of the major economic crises and transformations that
the world is witnessing in the current Age, And the resulting shrinking of government job
opportunities.
Since entrepreneurship is one of the most important contemporary trends for creating job
opportunities for young people, and establishing a culture of self-employment among them. It has
development of knowledge, skills and entrepreneurial characteristics among its students to qualify
them to carry out pioneering projects, Which provides them and others with job opportunities that
achieve personal benefit for them, and for society to progress.
The current study aimed to come up with a Suggested Prospect to improve the role of
Egyptian universities in building the entrepreneurial personality of their students, Which makes them
able to establish Entrepreneurial projects, that provide them with new job opportunities, Which helps
in reducing the phenomenon of unemployment Which may encounter most of them after graduation.
The study used the descriptive approach and case study. This is done by shedding light on
theoretical and intellectual frameworks to identify entrepreneurial thought, and the concept of
Entrepreneur Student and its prominent characteristics, and the mechanisms of its formation,and
choosing the University of Alexandria as a model for Egyptian universities, in identifying the opinions
of its students about the reality of the formation of the Entrepreneur Student and revealing its strengths
and weaknesses.
The study concluded that the reality of the Entrepreneur Student formation at the University
of Alexandria suffers from shortcomings in many aspects, and it ended with a proposed vision through
which the role of Egyptian universities in training the entrepreneurial student can be improved.become necessary for universities to intensify care for the idea of entrepreneurship, and the
