تفعيل دور الجامعات المصرية في تنمية رأس المال الاجتماعي كمدخل لتحقيق متطلبات التعليم الريادي (دراسة حالة لجامعة قناة السويس)

يقع على عاتق رأس المال الاجتماعي وبشكل رئيس تحقيق التعليم الريادي لدى الجامعات المصرية فهي الأقدر على ذلك؛ لما يمتلكه أعضاء هيئة التدريس من خبرات وقيم وثقافة وقدرة على الإبداع والابتكار علاوة على مكانتهم الأكاديمية والمجتمعية من أجل إيجاد حل متخصص أو خلق قيمة ونقل هذه الخبرات إلى تلك المؤسسات وتطويرها على أسس علمية فعالة.إن المؤسسات التعليمية –بصفة عامة ومؤسسات التعليم الجامعي بصفة خاصة- لا تختلف كثيرًا عن بعضها البعض من حيث امتلاك الإمكانات المادية والبشرية، ولكنها تختلف من حيث امتلاك الميزات التنافسية لمتطلبات التعليم الريادي المتمثلة في رأس المال الاجتماعي؛ ومن ثم يمكن أن يصبح الهدف المنهجي لهذه الدراسة هو التعرف علي واقع دور الجامعات المصرية متمثلة في جامعة قناة السويس في تنمية رأس المال الاجتماعي كآلية لتحقيق التعليم الريادي؛ نتيجة لأن رأس المال الاجتماعي يعد العنصر المهم والمؤثر في تحقيق كفاءة مؤسسات التعليم الجامعي وتميزها المؤسسي، وكذلك البحث عن أهم المعوقات التي تواجه الجامعات عند قيامها بتنمية رأس المال الاجتماعي تحديدًا، ومن ثم بناء رؤية لتطويرها مستقبلاً كآلية لتحقيق التعليم الريادي بها
Abstract:
Because the importance of social capital in achieving entrepreneurial education; Therefore, all
university education institutions have sought continuous development and improvement by identifying
the gap between all universities and the labor market, evaluating the social capital that exists within
each Suez Canal University, identifying best practices, putting research and education policies in the
first place, as well as contributing to closer scientific relations. and achieving the link between
scientific research, education, and community service.
from the  foregoing, it can be said that social capital is mainly responsible for achieving
pioneering education in Egyptian universities, as they are the most capable of doing so. Because the
faculty members possess experiences, values, culture, and the ability to create and innovate, in
addition to their academic and societal standing, in order to find a specialized solution or create value,
and transfer these experiences to those institutions and develop them on effective scientific bases
Therefore, educational institutions - in general and university education institutions in
particular - do not differ much from each other in terms of possessing material and human capabilities,
but they differ in terms of possessing competitive advantages for the requirements of pioneering
education represented in social capital. Hence, the methodological objective of this study could be to
identify the reality of the role of Egyptian universities, represented by the Suez Canal University, in
the development of social capital as a mechanism for achieving entrepreneurial education. As a result,
social capital is an important and influential element in achieving the efficiency of university
education institutions and their institutional excellence, as well as searching for the most important
obstacles that universities face when developing social capital in particular, and then building a vision
to develop it in the future as a mechanism to achieve entrepreneurial education.
