تصور مقترح لتحسين القدرة التنافسية لجامعة أسوان باستخدام تطبيقات الذكاء الإصطناعي

استهدفت الدراسة الحالية وضع تصور مقترح لتحسين القدرة التنافسية لجامعة أسوان باستخدام تطبيقات الذكاء الإصطناعي، و اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي، و تناول إطارًا مفاهيميًا عن الذكاء الإصطناعي من حيث المفهوم والنشأة والأهمية و الأهداف و الأنواع و الخصائص و الأسس و أهم تطبيقاته بالجامعات، كما تناول البحث إطارًا نظريًا عن القدرة التنافسية الجامعية من حيث: المفهوم و الأهمية والخصائص و الأسس و استراتيجيات التحقيق ومُؤشرات القياس، و مجالات التحقيق بالجامعات من حيث وظائف الجامعة الثلاث (التعليم و البحث العلمي وخدمة المجتمع) و النظم الجامعية المساندة ( الموارد البشرية، الثقافة التنافسية، القيادة والإدارة الجامعية ، والبنية التحتية وتقنية المعلومات)، و إمكانية توظيف تلك التطبيقات في الارتقاء بالقدرة التنافسية للجامعة، كما أجرى الباحثان دراسة ميدانية بهدف رصد واقع توظيف جامعة أسوان لتطبيقات الذكاء الإصطناعي و أهميتها في تحسين قدرتها التنافسية، و انتهى البحث بتصور مقترح لتحسين القدرة التنافسية للجامعة باستخدام تطبيقات الذكاء الإصطناعي .
ABSTRACT
The present study aimed at developing a conceived proposal intended to improve the competitiveness of Aswan University by using artificial intelligence applications, It adopted the descriptive approach, and dealt with a conceptual framework about artificial intelligence in terms of concept, origin, importance, objectives, types, characteristics, foundations and its most important applications in universities, The study also dealt with a theoretical framework about university competitiveness in terms of: concept, importance, characteristics, foundations, investigation strategies and measurement indicators, It also deapt with achievement in universities in terms of the three functions of the university which are education, scientific research, community service . and the supporting university systems such are human resources, competitive culture, leadership and university management, infrastructure and information technology, and the possibility of employing those applications in improving the competitiveness of the university. The researcher^,s conducted a field study aimed at monitoring the reality of Aswan University's that employment of artificial intelligence applications and their importance in improving its competitiveness.
