اليقظة العقلية وعلاقتها بالتوجه نحو المستقبل لدي عينة من طالبات الجامعة

ملخص البحث:
هدف البحث الحالي الي دراسة العلاقة بين اليقظة العقلية، والتوجه نحو المستقبل لدي عينة من طالبات الجامعة، والكشف عن الفروق بين استجابة عينة البحث تعزي الي متغير نوع الكلية والمنطقة السكنية، وتكونت عينة البحث من (168) طالبة من طالبات جامعة القاهرة، مقسمين الي (99) طالبة من طالبات كلية العلوم،(69) طالبة من طالبات كلية الآداب، حوالي (68) طالبة من الطالبات المقيمات في المناطق الريفية،(100) طالبة من الطالبات المقيمات في المناطق الحضارية، وطبق عليهم مقياس اليقظة العقلية من إعداد ( عبد الرقيب البحيري،فتحي الضبع،احمد على طلب، عائدة العواملة،2014)، ومقياس التوجه نحو المستقبل من إعداد ( عباس الجبوي، زينب الأسدي،2016)، وتوصلت نتائج الي وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيًا بين اليقظة العقلية والتوجه نحو المستقبل، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إستجابة عينة البحث حول اليقظة العقلية والتوجه نحو المستقبل تعزي لمتغير الكلية والمنطقة السكنية.
Abstract:
The aim of the current research is to study the relationship between Mindfulness and orientation towards the future among a sample of university students, and to reveal the differences between the response of the research sample due to the variable of the type of college and residential area, and the research sample consisted of (168) female students from Cairo University, divided into ( 99) female students from the College of Science, (69) female students from the College of Arts, about (68) female students living in rural areas, (100) female students living in urban areas, And the Mindfulness scale was applied to them, prepared by (Abdul Raqib Al-Behairi, Fathi Al-Dabaa, Ahmed Ali Talb, Aida Al-Awamleh, 2014), and the future orientation scale prepared by (Abbas Al-Jabawi, Zainab Al-Asadi, 2016), and the results showed that there is a statistically significant correlation Between Mindfulness and orientation towards the future, and there are no statistically significant differences between the response of the research sample on Mindfulness and orientation towards the future attributing to the variable of college and residential area.
