تقويم إستخدام أعضاء هيئة التدريس والطلاب لنظام إدارة التعليم الإلکتروني "Black Board " بالسنة التحضيرية بالجامعة الإسلامية بالمدينة المنورة :

الملخص العربى :
هدفت الدراسة إلى تقويم تجربة السنة التحضرية بالجامعة الإسلامية بالمدينة المنورة لنظام إدارة التعليم الإلکتروني "Blackboard "  من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس والطلاب ، وبلغت عينة الدراسة (46)عضو هيئة تدريس،(91) طالب بالسنة التحضيرية بالجامعة الاسلاميه وتم تطبيق عدد(2) استبانه لـ(أعضاء هيئه التدريس- الطلاب)، واستخدمت الدراسه المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وکانت ابرز النتائج التى توصلت اليها الدراسه فيما يخص الطلاب أن المتوسط العام لاستجابات الطلاب حول آرائهم فى أنماط استخدام نظام إدارة التعلم الإلکتروني البلاک بورد کان (2.98) بدرجه متوسطه، وان  ابرز المعوقات التى تواجه الطلاب عند استخدام البلاک بورد کانت: ضعف برامج التدريب على استخدام البلاک بورد، ضعف الوعي بثقافة التعلم الإلکتروني واستخدام البلاک بورد، قلة الحوافز المعنوية للطلاب المستخدمين لنظام البلاک بورد ، بالأضافة إلى ضعف شبکة الأنترنت داخل الجامعة.واظهرت النتائج ايضا ان المتوسط العام لاتجاهات الطلاب بالسنة التحضيرية نحو استخدام البلاک بورد بالجامعة  کان (2.74) متوسط.
اما فيما يخص اعضاء هيئة التدريس فکانت ابرز النتائج التى توصلت اليها الدراسه: أن المتوسط العام لاستجابات أعضاء هيئة التدريس حول آرائهم نحو أنماط استخدام نظام إدراة التعلم الإلکتروني البلاک بورد کان (2.73) بدرجة متوسطة ، وان  ابرز المعوقات التى تواجه اعضاء هيئة التدريس عند استخدام البلاک بورد کانت: قلة الحوافز المعنويه لاعضاء هيئة التدريس المستخدمين لنظام البلاک بورد ، النقص فى الصيانه الدوريه لمعامل الحاسب والتجهيزات، ندرة المتخصصين فى التصميم التعليمى الرقمى، قله تدريب اعضاء هيئة التدريس على استخدام نظام البلاک بورد ، التکلفه الماديه العاليه للاتصال بشبکه الانترنت خارج نطاق شبکه الجامعه. واظهرت النتائج ايضا ان المتوسط العام لاستجابات أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالسنة التحضيرية بالجامعة الإسلامية فيما يتعلق باتجاهاتهم نحو استخدام نظام التعلم الإلکتروني البلاک بورد جاء بمقدار (2.74) بدرجه متوسطة. وفى ضوء النتائج قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات.

The study aimed to evaluate the experience of the E-learning management system "Blackboard" from the point of view of members faculty and students, in  the preparatory year at the Islamic University of Madinah , the sample of the study reached (46) faculty members, (91) students in the preparatory year at the Islamic University, and (2) questionnaires were applied for (faculty members - students), and the study used the descriptive analytical approach, and the most prominent results were The study with respect to students that the general average of students' responses about their opinions on the patterns of using the E-Learning Management System Blackboard was (2.98), with an average degree. And that the most prominent obstacles that students face when using the blackboard were: Weak training programs to use the blackboard, poor awareness of e-learning culture and the use of blackboard, lack of moral incentives for students using the blackboard system, in addition to the weakness of the Internet inside the university. The general average of students ’attitudes in the preparatory year towards using the blackboard at the university was (2.74) average.
 As for the faculty members, the most prominent results of the study were: that the general average of the responses of faculty members about their opinions : the patterns of using the blackboard e-learning management system was (2.73) with a medium degree, and that the most prominent obstacles facing faculty members when The use of the blackboard was: the lack of moral incentives for faculty members using the blackboard system, the lack of periodic maintenance of computer laboratories and equipment, the scarcity of specialists in digital educational design, the lack of training for faculty members to use the blackboard system, the high financial cost of connecting to the Internet outside the scope of University network. The results also showed that the general average of the responses of faculty members in the preparatory year at the Islamic University with regard to their attitudes towards using the blackboard e-learning system was (2.74), with a moderate degree. In light of the results, the study presented a set of recommendations.
