دور التعليم الجامعي في تلبية متطلبات اقتصاد المعرفة : ”الواقع والمأمول”: دراسة ميدانية على جامعة الزقازيق /

هدفت الدراسة الحالية التوصل إلى الکيفية التي يمکن من خلالها تفعيل دور التعليم الجامعي في تلبية متطلبات اقتصاد المعرفة. وقد اشتملت الدراسة على الإطار العام الذي تضمن مقدمة الدراسة ومشکلتها وتساؤلاتها وأهدافها وأهميتها ومنهجها وأداتها وحدودها وخطوات السير فيها، کما اشتملت علي ثلاثة محاور، تناولت في محورها الأول: الإطار النظري للدراسة وتضمن نشأة وتطور اقتصاد المعرفة، ومفهومه وأبرز المفاهيم المرتبطة به، وخصائصه، ومتطلباته، والدور المنوط بالتعليم الجامعي في تلبية متطلباته، وخبرات بعض الجامعات الأجنبية المتميزة في مجال تلبية متطلباته، ودور عناصر المنظومة الجامعية بجامعة الزقازيق في تلبية متطلباته وفق الخطة الاستراتيجية للجامعة 2013-2022م. وتناولت في محورها الثاني: الإطار الميداني للدراسة وتضمن إجراءات الدراسة الميدانية من حيث هدفها وأداتها وعينتها وأسلوب المعالجة الإحصائية لها وتضمن أيضًا تحليلاً وتفسيرًا لنتائج الدراسة الميدانية. بينما تناولت في محورها الثالث ما توصلت إليه الدراسة – بشقيها النظري والميداني- من نتائج، والتصور المقترح لتفعيل دور التعليم الجامعي في تلبية متطلبات اقتصاد المعرفة. واختتمت الدراسة بالتوصية بضرورة تفعيل دور التعليم الجامعي في تلبية متطلبات اقتصاد المعرفة في ظل التحديات التي يواجهها المجتمع المصري.

The study aimed at identifying the role of University Education in meeting the requirements of the knowledge economy. The study included the general framework of the study. It includes the introduction, the problem, the objectives, the importance, the methodology and the steps of the study. It also included three axes, the first of which dealt with the theoretical framework of the study, The knowledge economy and related concepts, the characteristics of the knowledge economy, the main pillars of the knowledge economy, the role of university education in meeting the requirements of the knowledge economy, the experience of some foreign universities in meeting the requirements of the knowledge economy, Zagazig and its role in meeting the requirements of the knowledge economy in accordance with the strategic plan for the University 2013-2022, and dealt in the second axis field framework for the study and includes the objective of the field study and tools, and the sample of the study and method of statistical processing and analysis of the results of the field study, while addressed in the third axis, In order to activate the role of university education in meeting the requirements of the knowledge economy. The study concluded by recommending activating the role of university education in meeting the requirements of the knowledge economy in light of the challenges facing the Egyptian society
