تکمن مشکلة الدراسة بأن الوضع الحالى يشير إلى وجود عديد من المشکلات التى تواجه خريجى المدارس الفنية الصناعية فى الالتحاق بالعمل فى المؤسسات الإنتاجية والخدمية، وخاصة مؤسسات قطاع الأعمال والقطاع الخاص الذى يسعى لزيادة إنتاجيه من خلال عمالة ماهرة وقادرة على استعياب التکنولوجيا الحديثة ولکى تُعد خريج التعليم الفنى الصناعى لإدارة مشروعاتهم الإنتاجية الصغيرة وتطويرها، ويمکن تحديد مشکلة الدارسة فى التساؤل الرئيس التالى: ما آليات إعداد طلاب التعليم الفنى الصناعى نظام الخمس سنوات للعمل فى المشروعات؟
وتهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى وضع تصور مقترح لإعداد طلاب التعليم الفنى الصناعى نظام الخمس سنوات للعمل فى المشروعات الصغيرة، واعتمدت الدراسة الحالية على المنهج الوصفى نظرًا لملائمته لطبيعة البحث الحالى والذى سيتضح من خلال التنظير لمتطلبات إعداد طلاب التعليم الفنى الصناعى نظام الخمس سنوات للعمل بالمشروعات الصغيرة، ونکمن أهمية الدراسة الحالية فى أهمية إعداد العامل والفنى المدرب والذى له القدرة على المنافسة فى السوق المحلى والعالمى وکذلک القدرة على فتح وإدارة مشروع صناعى صغير من ناحية، ومن ناحية تفتح المجال أمام دراسات آخرى فى مجال التعليم الصناعى والمشروعات الصغيرة، وتتمثل أدوات الدراسة فى استبانة موجه إلى طلاب التعليم الفنى الصناعى نظام الخمس سنوات والقائمين على العملية التعليمية (معلم، وکيل مدرسة، مدير مدرسة، موجهين) واستمارة مقابلة شخصية مع القائمين على المشروعات الصغيرة المستفيدين بقروض صناعية من جمعية رجال الاعمال والمستثمرين بالدقهلية للتعرف على واقع الإعداد لطلاب التعليم الفنى الصناعى للعمل فى المشروعات الصغيرة والمشکلات التى تعوق ذلک.
وتم تناول الدراسة من خلال أربع فصول: الفصل الأول (الإطار العام للدراسة) وتناول من خلاله: (مقدمة، مشکلة الدراسة، أهداف الدراسة، أهمية الدراسة، منهج الدراسة، حدود الدراسة، مصطلحات الدراسة، الدراسات السابقة والتعليق عليها، خاتمة)، ثم تناول الفصل الثانى التعليم الفنى الصناعى نظام الخمس سنوات، ثم تناول الفصل الثالث المشروعات الصغيرة, وتناول الرابع الإطار الميدانى، کما تناول الفصل الخامس النتائج والفصل السادس التصور المقترح والتوصيات، وتوصلت الدراسة الحالية إلى النتائج هو وجود عقبات تقف دون تحقيق إعداد عامل ماهر يستطيع فتح وإدارة مشروع صناعى صغير، کما يوجد نقص کبير فى تدريب وإعداد الطلاب فى المدرسة الصناعية؛ وذلک يرجع لارتفاع تکلفة الآلات والمواد الخام اللازمة لعملية الإعداد وکذلک قصور المقررات الدراسة فى الانفتاح التکنولوجى والتطورات الحديثة وإمکانية صيانة المعدات اللازمة لعملية الانتاج، وکذلک نظرة المجتمع الدونية لخريج التعليم الفنى، وکذلک الترکيز على المواد الثقافية التى لا تساعد الطالب على استيعاب الجديد فى المهنة.

The current study aims to develop a proposed scenario for the preparation of students of industrial technical education system of five years to work in small projects. The current study is based on the descriptive approach because of its relevance to the nature of the current research, which will be illustrated by the theory of the requirements of preparation of students of industrial technical education system of five years to work in small projects, The importance of the current study in the importance of preparing the trained worker and technician who has the ability to compete in the local and international market as well as the ability to open and manage a small industrial project on the one hand, and on the other hand open the possibility of further studies in the field of industrial education (Teachers, school agents, school principals, mentors) and a personal interview form with the small entrepreneurs who are beneficiaries of industrial loans from the Association of businessmen and investors in Dakahlia.
