فعالية برنامج تدريبي تخاطبي لخفض بعض اضطرابات النطق وأثره في تنمية بعض المهارات الاجتماعية لدي أطفال متلازمة داون

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلي الکشف عن مدي فعالية برنامج تدريبي تخاطبي في خفض اضطرابي الإبدال والحذف وأثر ذلک في تنمية بعض المهارات الاجتماعية والمتمثلة في (مهارات التواصل مع الآخرين, ومهارات المشارکة الاجتماعية) لدي أطفال متلازمة داون, کما هدفت إلي التحقق من استمرارية فعالية البرنامج التدريبي في خفض اضطرابي الإبدال والحذف لدي أطفال متلازمة داون بعد توقفه, وتکونت عينة الدراسة من(5) أطفال, (3 ذکور), (2إناث), وقد حدث تسرب لأطفال عينة الدراسة وأصبح العدد النهائي الذي طُبق عليه برنامج الدراسة الحالية هو(4) أطفال, (2) ذکور, (2)إناث, وتراوحت أعمار عينة الدراسة من (8-10) سنوات, کما تراوحت درجات ذکاءهم ما بين(55-70) علي مقياس ستانفورد بينيه الصورة الرابعة, وتم اختيار عينة الدراسة من مدرسة التربية الفکرية بالمنصورة, , وقد استخدام الباحث مقياس کفاءة النطق المصور(إعداد: إيهاب الببلاوي), استمارة تقييم أعضاء النطق لدي الأطفال(إعداد: الباحث), استمارة البيانات الأولية (إعداد: الباحث), مقياس المهارات الاجتماعية لدي أطفال متلازمة داون (إعداد: الباحث), البرنامج التدريبي (إعداد: الباحث), وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج شبه التجريبي وذلک لملاءمته لطبيعة الدراسة الحالية, حيث تناول الجانب التدريبي لخفض بعض اضطرابات النطق لدي أطفال متلازمة داون, وقد استخدم التصميم القبلي- البعدي من خلال منهج دراسة الحالة لأطفال عينة الدراسة الذين يُعانون من الإبدال والحذف في الکلام, وبعد انتهاء البرنامج تم تطبيق قياس تتبعي (بعد شهر), وقد تم استخدام منهج دراسة الحالة لمعرفة مدي التغير الذي يحدث لکل حالة علي حده بعد تطبيق البرنامج التدريبي عليها, وقد أسفرت الدراسة الحالية عن تحقق الفرض الأول للدراسة حيث کان هناک اختلاف بين درجات القياسات القبلية ودرجات القياسات البعدية علي مقياسي کفاءة النطق المصور والمهارات الاجتماعية وذلک لکل حالة علي حده, وتحقق الفرض الثاني للدراسة حيث لم يکن هناک اختلاف بين درجات القياسات البعدية ودرجات القياسات التتبعية علي مقياس کفاءة النطق المصور لکل حالة علي حده, کما أظهرت إحدي الحالات فروقاً طفيفة بين التطبيقين البعدي والتتبعي, مما يشير إلي ضرورة استمرار تدريب الحالة لفترات أطول.

The current study aimed to detect the effectiveness of a training programme in reducing the effects of substitution and deletion, and the impact on the development of some social skills (communication skills). and social sharing skills I have kids Down syndrome, and I’ve been aiming to check the continuity Effectiveness of the training programme in lowering the substitution and deletion disorder of the children of Down syndrome after stopping, and the study sample was composed of 5 children, (3 males), (2 females), there has been a leak for the children of the study sample and the final number on which the current study programme has been applied is 4 children, 2 males, 2 females, The study sample ages ranged from 8-10 years, and their IQ ranged between 55 and 70 on the Stanford scale, the fourth picture. The study sample was selected from the School of intellectual education in Mansoura, and the researcher used the performance gauge of the Illustrated pronunciation (setting: Ehab el-Beblawi), form Evaluation of members of pronunciation in children (preparation: researcher), preliminary data form (preparation: researcher), Social skills measurement for children Down syndrome (preparation: researcher), training program (preparation: researcher), the researcher has used the semi-experimental curriculum to suit the nature of the study Current, where he took up the training side to cut some speech disorders in the kids Down syndrome. The tribal-dimensional design was used through the case study curriculum for the Children of the study sample who suffer from substitution and speech deletion, and after the programme has been completed, a tracking measure has been applied (after a month), and has been Use the case study method to determine the extent of change that occurs for each individual case after applying the training program to it. The present study has resulted in the first enforcement of the study, where there was a difference between the degrees of tribal measurements and the degrees of dimensional measurements on the scale of the illustrated pronunciation efficiency. and social skills and that for each case, the second enforcement of the study was achieved, as there was no difference between the degrees of dimensional measurements and the degree of sequential measurements on the performance measure of the illustrated pronunciation of each case.
