تعد القيادة جزءاً أساسياً من العملية الإدارية، ويعد النمط القيادي أحد العوامل الرئيسة التي تسهم في تشکيل طابع العلاقات الوظيفية الإدارية داخل المنظمة، وحيث أن المؤسسة التعليمية (المدرسة) واجهت عقبات إدارية کثيرة نتيجة التطور المعرفي الهائل عبر السنيين، کما واجهت العديد من العقبات والتي کان لزاما على مدير المدرسة کقائد تربوي أن يجد الحلول المناسبة لها، وبقدر ما يتمتع مدير المدرسة بسمات مميزة من ضمنها الإبداع الإداري، بقدر ما سيجد الحل الأنسب لتلک العقبات، وعلى الرغم من وجود قيادات مؤهلة في مدارسنا إلا أن هذه القيادات تهمل أبعاد الإبداع بکافة أنواعه مع إيمانهم بأنه بدون وجود مهارات الإبداع في المدرسة لن تحقق هذه المدرسة ما تصبو إليه من تميز ورقي وتطور منشود، وفى الآونة الأخيرة بدأت المؤسسات التعليمية في سلطنة عمان الترکيز على جوانب الإبداع الإداري سعيا منها إلى التطوير لدعم العملية التعليمية والتربوية إلى الأفضل من خلال النهوض بکفاءة العاملين في المؤسسات التعليمية في جميع مراحل التعليم، ولقد نتج عن ذلک ظهور بعض الإبداعات والذي أنعکس على بوضوح في حل بعض المشکلات وکذلک التميز في معظم الجوانب الإدارية والتعليمية ومنها رفع المستوى التحصيلي بطرق إبداعية جديدة.
ونتائجها من حيث الأنماط القيادية السائدة لدى مديري مدارس التعليم الأساسي في محافظة شمال الشرقية بسلطنة عمان، وکذلک مستويات الإبداع الإداري، ومن ثم دراسة الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية في درجة تأثير الأنماط القيادية على مستوى الإبداع الإداري لدى مديري المدارس بمحافظة شمال الشرقية تعزى لمتغيرات (النوع، المؤهل العلمي، عدد سنوات الخبرة الإدارية)، وسيتم في الفصل التالي ذکر ملخص النتائج والتوصيات والمقترحات التي يمکن من خلالها تطوير الأنماط القيادية لرفع مستوى الإبداع الإداري لدى مديري مدارس التعليم الأساسي في محافظة شمال الشرقية بسلطنة عمان.

The leadership model is one of the main factors that contribute to shaping the nature of administrative functional relations within the organization. As the school faced many administrative obstacles as a result of the great cognitive development over the years, The principal of the school as an educational leader must find the appropriate solutions to it, and as much as the principal of the school has distinctive features, including administrative innovation, insofar as he will find the most appropriate solution to these obstacles, and despite the presence of qualified leaders in our schools, these leaders neglect the dimensions of creativity With the belief that without the creativity skills at school, this school will not achieve what it aspires to the excellence of paper and desired development, Recently, educational institutions in the Sultanate of Oman have begun to focus on the aspects of administrative innovation in an attempt to develop to support the educational and educational process for the better by improving the efficiency of employees in educational institutions in all stages of education. This has resulted in the emergence of some innovations, which reflected clearly in solving some of the problems as well as excellence in most aspects of administrative and educational, including raising the level of achievement in new creative ways. The various developments, the development of educational institutions in the Sultanate have become a necessary in the field of leadership and creativity
The researcher used the descriptive approach in the study, and also relied on the statistical methods that are in the arithmetic averages, standard deviations, t-test T-test and analysis test of the unilateral variance to identify the level of significance between the variables, were also used to verify the validity of the questionnaire by presenting it to a panel of arbitrators. The researcher extracted the coefficient of stability by equation Cornbrash Alpha for the areas of the questionnaire where so, the total degree of stability (0.95), has used (SPSS) program iSPSSn analyzing data and extracting results.
