التربية الاستقلالية والوعى بالمسئولية لدى الطالب الجامعي للتکيف مع متطلبات العصر

يهدف البحث إلى معرفة دور التربية الاستقلالية في تنمية الوعى بالمسئولية لدى الطالب الجامعي للتکيف مع متطلبات العصر وذلک من خلال:
- تحديد الإطار المفاهيمى للتربية الاستقلالية.
-تحديد الأسس الفکرية للوعى بالمسئولية.
-التعرف على أهم التحديات التي تواجه تطبيق مفاهيم التربية الاستقلالية لدى طلاب الجامعة .
استخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي.
تم تطبيق استبانة البحث على عينة من طلاب الکليات العملية والنظرية والعملية النظرية بالجامعة.
نتائج البحث: توصل البحث لعدة نتائج منها:
-أن هناک مؤشرات للسلوک الاستقلالي لدى طلاب الجامعة منها الاعتماد على النفس وتحمل المسئولية ، الثقة بالنفس .
- للجامعة دور في تنمية التربية الاستقلالية لدى طلابها .
- تلعب البيئة الأسرية دوراً أساسياً في إکساب الفرد السلوک الاستقلالي والاجتماعي
- المشکلات التي تتعلق بالأنشطة الطلابية الجامعية وتعوق أساتذة الجامعة عن أداء دورهم في تنمية الاستقلالية لدى طلاب الجامعة منها:- طبيعة الکوادر التي تشرف على الاتحادات الطلابية في الأغلب کوادر غير مؤهلة لهذه الوظائف، قصور الإعداد التربوي للمسئولين عن الأنشطة الجامعية ،قلة إقبال بعض الطلاب على الاشتراک في الأنشطة الجامعية لضيق الوقت.

The objective of the research is to know the role of independent education in developing the awareness of the responsibility of the university student to adapt to the requirements of the age through:
Define the conceptual framework for independent education.
-Defining the intellectual foundations for awareness of responsibility.
- Identify the most important challenges facing the application of the concepts of independence education among university students.
Use descriptive method research.
The research questionnaire was of, a sample of students of practical and theoretical colleges at the university.
Search Results: The search results for the following results:
- There are indicators of the independent behavior of university students, including self-reliance and responsibility, self-confidence.
-The university has a role in the development of independent education for its students.
-The family environment plays an essential role in giving the individual independent and social behavior
-Problems related to university student activities and impede university professors from performing their role in the development of independence among university students, including: - The nature of the cadres that supervises the student unions, mostly cadres not qualified for these jobs, the lack of educational preparation for those responsible for university activities, Participate in university activities for lack.
