هدف البحث فى وضع تصور مقترح لتفعيل دور الاخصائى الاجتماعي فى مواجهة مشکلات التلاميذ وتطرق البحث الى الوظيفة الاجتماعية للمدارس المدارس لتعليم الحلقة الاولى من التعليم الاساسى وادوار الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين فى مواجهة مشکلات التلاميذ وتم عمل دراسة ميدانية واستخدام المنهج الوصفى من حث الاطار النظري واستخدام الاستبانة کمادة لدراسة ميدانية تضمنت مجموعة من العبارات الدالة على دور الاخصائى الاجتماعي فى مواجهة مشکلات تلاميذ وتم تطبيق الإدارة البحثية على اعضاء الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين لمدارس الحلقة الاولى بالادارت التعليمية بمحافظة الدقهلية توصلت الدارسة الى ان الاخصائى الاجتماعى فى المدارس وظيفة اجتماعية التوصل مع المؤسسات الاجتماعية ودوره اساسى فى معالجة مشکلات التلاميذ الحلقة الاولى من مرحلة التعليم الاساسى فى المناطق العشوائية ومنها اجتماعية واقتصادية وصحية وتوصلت الدراسة ايضا الى عدم تفهم بعض القيادات بغياب التعاون بين المدرسين والأخصائي الاجتماعى فى علاج مشکلات التلاميذ کما عرض البحث مجموعة من المقترحات والمتطلبات تفعيل دور الاخصائى الاجتماعى فى مواجهة مشکلات التلاميذ .
1- عمل دورات تدريبية لاستمرار التنمية المهنية للاخصائى الاجتماعى .
2- زيادة وعى المعلمين بالدور الاجتماعي للاخصائى .

The goal of this search is to put a proposal image to activate the role of the social worker to solve students’ problems . The search touched the social function for schools in the first cycle of the basic education and the roles of the social workers to solve students’ problems .
A field study has done by using the descriptive approach from the theoretical frame and using the questionnaire as a material for the field study . It included a set of phrases refer to the role of the social worker to solve students’ problems . The research tool has been applied to the members of the social workers in the first cycle schools in Dakahlia Governorate directorates .
The study concluded that the social worker in the schools is a social function in contact with social institutions and its primary role to solve students’ problems in the first cycle of the basic education in the random areas . These problems are social problems , economic problems and health problems .
The study also found that some leaders do not understand the lack of cooperation between teachers and social workers in the treatment of students’ problems . The research also presented a set of proposals and requirements to activate the social worker’s role in facing the students’ problems.
1- Conduct training courses to continue the professional development of the social worker.
2- Increasing the awareness of teachers about the social role of the social worker.
