هدف البحث إلى محاولة التوصل إلى بعض سُبل التغلب على مشکلات إعداد معلم التربية الخاصة بکليات التربية في ضوء معايير الجودة والاعتماد، ولتحقيق ذلک تم استخدام المنھج الوصفي، والذى اتضح استخدامه في التنظير لإعداد معلم التربية الخاصة، وعرض لأھم الاتجاهات الحديثة في مجال إعداد معلم التربية الخاصة، وعرض معايير جودة أداء معلم التربية الخاصة کما حددتھا الھيئة القومية لضمان جودة التعليم والاعتماد، وتسليط الضوء على ملامح برنامج إعداد معلم التربية الخاصة بکلية التربية بالمنصورة، ثم القيام بدراسة ميدانية لرصد أبرز مشکلات إعداد معلم التربية الخاصة بکلية التربية بالمنصورة. ومن أھم نتائج البحث: أن ھناک عدداً من المشکلات التى تواجھ إعداد معلم التربية الخاصة؛ منھا ما يتعلق بأھدافإعداد معلم التربية الخاصة، ولوائح شعب وأقسام التربية الخاصة، ونظام القبول بھذه الشُعب، وأعضاء ھيئة
التدريس القائمين بالتدريس لطلاب ھذه الشُعب، والمقررات الدراسية، وطرق واستراتيجيات التدريس، والتدريب الميدانى والموارد والإمکانات المتاحة، ونظام تقويم الطلاب، وسوق العمل، وانتھى البحث إلى وضع مجموعة من السُبل للتغلب على ھذه المشکلات کلٍ على حدة .

This paper aimed at exploring some methods of addressing some the problems of the preparation of special education teachers at the faculties of education in light ofquality and accreditation standards. To achieve such aim, the descriptive method was used to theorize the preparation of special education teachers. It discussed some of the most important modern approaches in the field of preparing special education teachers, presented the
quality standards of the performance of special education teachers as outlined by the National Authority of Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education, and highlighted the specifications of Special Education Teacher Preparation Program at the Faculty of Education, Mansoura University. A field study was conducted to monitor the most important problems of preparing the special education teachersat Faculty of Education, Mansoura University. The paper concluded that there are a number of problems facing the preparation of special
educationteachers; some of which are related to the objectives of special education teacher preparation, the regulations of special education sections and departments, admission system, faculty members, courses, teaching strategies and methods, field training, available resources and potentials, students’ assessment system, and labor market. The paper finally suggested some methods to address such problems .
