شهد العالم اليوم العديد من المتغيرات التي تؤثر في التعليم الجامعي بصفة عامة وکليات التربية بصفة خاصة، فکليات التربية في مصر تعتبر من أهم المؤسسات الجامعية ، حيث أنها المسئولة عن إعداد المعلم وتدريبه ، مما دعا إلى التفکير في الطريقة المثلى علي أرض الواقع تفعيل المجتمعات المهنية للتعلم بکليات التربية بما يساعد على تحقيق الاعتماد الاکاديمي
ومن ثم هدفت الدراسة الى: - تسليط الضوء على مفهوم المجتمعات المهنية للتعلم وسبر أغوار الفلسفة التي ينطلق منها- واقع تفعيل مفهوم المجتمعات المهنية للتعلم بکليات التربية- محاولة استکشاف أهم التحديات التي تواجه تطبيق المجتمعات المهنية للتعلم بکليات التربية- استجلاء آليات تحقيق المجتمعات المهنية للتعلم بالجامعات المصرية- محاولة التوصل لتصور مقترح لتوفير المجتمعات المهنية للتعلم بما يساعد على تحقيق الاعتماد الاکاديمي لکليات التربية), واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفى, وتوصلت الدراسة الى توصيات تساعد على تحقيق المجتمعات المهنية للتعلم بکليات التربية للحصول على الاعتماد الاکاديمي من اهمها : (-وضوح الرؤية والرسالة المشترکة لأعضاء الفريق - يرکز على التحسين المستمر للوصول إلي النتائج المطلوب- تتوقف أهمية التعاون في التشاور والمناقشات الجماعية-لنمو الذاتي وارتفاع الکفاءات العقلية للأعضاء نتيجة الممارسة

The world is facing many variables which are affecting the higher education generally and faculty of education specially.. Faculties of education in Egypt are one of the most important university institutions, where they are responsible for teacher preparation and training, so they think about the best way to activate professional learning communities in faculties of education as to help achieve academic accreditation.And then study aimed to:(- Highlight the concept of professional learning communities and explore the depths of the philosophy that stems from them.- The reality of activation the concept of professional learning communities in faculties of education.- Try to identify the most important challenges facing the implementation of professional learning communities in faculties of education.- Clarify the mechanisms for achieving professional learning communities in Egyptian universities.) Try to reach to visualize proposal to provide professional learning communities as a help to achieve academic accreditation for faculties of education.-The study used a descriptive approach and provided some recommendations as:-Visibility and common message for team members.- Sovereignty of respect and cooperation to build on the ideas of others.- Focuses on continuous improvement to reach the desired results.- The importance of cooperation in the consultation and group discussions.- Self-growth and high mental competency of the members are the result of the Practice.
