هدف البحث الکشف عن تحديد الاحتياجات التربوية والفنية لتصميم بوابة إلکترونية لطلبة قسم وسائل وتکنولوجيا التعليم بکلية الشرق العربي، ووضع تصور مقترح لبوابة إلکترونية في ضوء الاحتياجات التعليمية لطلبة قسم وسائل وتکنولوجيا التعليم بکلية الشرق العربي، وذلک من خلال الإجابة على الأسئلة التالية:
- ما الاحتياجات التربوية لتصميم بوابة إلکترونية لطلبة قسم وسائل وتکنولوجيا التعليم بکلية الشرق العربي؟
- ما الاحتياجات الفنية لتصميم بوابة إلکترونية لطلبة قسم وسائل وتکنولوجيا التعليم بکلية الشرق العربي؟
- ما التصور المقترح لبوابة إلکترونية في ضوء الاحتياجات التعليمية لطلبة قسم وسائل وتکنولوجيا التعليم بکلية الشرق العربي؟
وتم اختيار عينة الدراسة بطريقة عشوائية من بين طلبة برنامج وسائل وتکنولوجيا التعليم بکلية الشرق العربي للدراسات العليا بمدينة الرياض بمدينة الرياض، وتکون العينة من (75) طالب وطالبة.
وجاءت النتائج کالتالي:
- تحديد الاحتياجات التربوية والفنية لتصميم بوابة إلکترونية لطلبة قسم وسائل وتکنولوجيا التعليم بکلية الشرق العربي.
- وضع تصور مقترح لبوابة إلکترونية في ضوء الاحتياجات التعليمية لطلبة قسم وسائل وتکنولوجيا التعليم بکلية الشرق العربي.
وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من التوصيات:
- توظيف البوابة الإلکترونية بکلية الشرق العربي في تقديم العديد من المقررات الدراسية.
- توفير الإمکانيات المادية والبشرية لإعداد بوابة إلکترونية لخدمة طلبة الدراسات العليا بکلية الشرق العربي.
- تدعيم التواصل بين کلية الشرق العربي للدراسات العليا، ومختلف مؤسسات المجتمع الخارجي.
- السعي نحو تطوير البوابة الإلکترونية المدعمة لنظم إدارة المقررات الإلکترونية المتاحة مثل نظام Moodle للتغلب علي نواحي القصور التي تتعلق بهذه النظم.
- الاستفادة من التصور المقترح فى تنمية مهارات إنتاج البوابات الإلکترونية لطلبة الدراسات العليا بکلية الشرق العربى.

This study aims at identifying the educational and technical needs for designing the electronic gate for students of department of methods and technologies of education at Arab East colleges and sitting a purposed prospective for the electronic gate in the light of educational needs for students of department of methods and technologies of education at Arab East colleges through answering the following questions:
- What are the educational needs for designing the electronic gate for students of department of methods and technologies of education at Arab East colleges?
- What are the technical needs for designing the electronic gate for students of department of methods and technologies of education at Arab East colleges?
- What are the purposed prospective for the electronic gate in the light of educational needs for students of department of methods and technologies of education at Arab East colleges?
The study samples were selected randomly from the students of program of methods and education technologies in Arab East Colleges for higher studies in Riyadh city while the study samples are (75) male and female student.
The results of the study were as following:
- Determining the educational and technical needs for designing the electronic gate for students of department of methods and technologies of education at Arab East colleges.
- Creating a purposed prospective for the electronic gate in the light of educational needs for students of department of methods and technologies of education at Arab East colleges.
The most important recommendations of the study:
- Utilizing the electronic gate of Arab East Colleges in presenting some of the studying curriculums.
- Providing the financial and human abilities for preparing the electronic gate for the service of students of higher studies at Arab East Colleges.
- Supporting the communication between Arab East Colleges for higher studies and other institutions of external society.
- Working for developing the electronic gate supporting the system of directing electronic curriculums such as Moodle to decrease defects related to these systems.
- Utilizing the supposed prospective in developing the skills of producing electronic gates for studies of higher studies at Arab East Colleges.
