أصبح تطبيق نظم الجودة والاعتماد مطلبًا ملحًا تمليه حرکة الحياة المعاصرة على المؤسسات التعليمية لتطوير وتحسين جودتها من أجل التفاعل والتعامل بکفاءة مع متغيرات العصر, وکذلک مواجهة التحديات التي تجبر مؤسسات التعليم على تغيير ممارساتها الحالية وتقودها إلى سياق إجرائي و تشمل " الثورة العلمية التکنولوجية , الثورة المعرفية , والمنافسة العالمية ", کما أنها دليل على بقاء الروح لدى المنظمة أو المؤسسة التعليمية .
ويبنى مفهوم ضمان الجودة والاعتماد على تحديد مدى فاعلية وتميز العملية التعليمية والذي سيشکل في المستقبل القريب الأساس للطلب على خريجي مؤسسات معينة. ومن هذا المنطلق لا بد ومن معرفة ماهية المعايير العالمية لضمان الجودة والاعتماد , والأخذ بها کنموذج - للجودة التعليمية- يمکنه أن يسهم بصورة حقيقية في الارتقاء بالتعليم العام في مصر .
فإذا أريد من تعليمنا أن يدعم قضية التفاهم الدولي من خلال إکساب دارسيه الاتجاهات الإيجابية نحو حياة وحضارة الآخرين وأن يسهموا بزخم في إثراء الحياة المدرسية ، فعلينا أن نعيد النظر في قضية تدويل التعليم من حيث المضمون والتنظيم معاً . وأن نرکز الاهتمام على جودة مؤسساتنا التعليمية ، مع تسليط الضوء على ما يمکن أن يحققه تطبيق المعايير العالمية للجودة والاعتماد بالمدارس الدولية من ارتقاء بجودة التعليم في مصر لمستوى الاعتماد الدولي.

The application of quality systems and accreditation urgent demand dictates the movement of contemporary life on the educational institutions to develop and improve their quality in order to interact and deal efficiently with the variables age, as well as the challenges that force educational institutions to change their current practices and led to the context of procedural and include ”scientific revolution technological ,knowledge revolution, and global competition ”, it is also evidence of the survival of the soul and spirit of the organization’s survival or educational institution.
And built the concept of quality assurance and accreditation to determine the effectiveness and excellence of the educational process and which will form the base in the near future to the demand for graduates of certain institutions. With this in mind and must know what global standards for quality assurance and accreditation, and introduced as a model - the quality of education - can truly contribute to the upgrading of public education in Egypt .
If we want to teach us to support the cause of international understanding by Providing learners trends positive about life and civilization of others and contribute momentum to enrich the life of the school, we have to revisit the issue of internationalization of education in terms of content and organization together. And focus attention on the quality of our educational institutions, with highlight what can be achieved by the application of international standards for quality and accreditation of international schools improve the quality of education in Egypt to the level of international accreditation.
