الاحتياجات الإرشاديـــة للطلبة الموهوبين في المرحلة الأساسية الدنيا من وجهة نظر معلميهم

هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة الاحتياجات الإرشادية للطلبة الموهوبين في المرحلة الأساسية الدنيا في محافظة طولکرم من وجهة نظر معلميهم، وتحديد أثر کل من متغيرات الجنس،المؤهل العلمي، التخصص، سنوات الخبرة على درجة هذه الاحتياجات. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتية:
- بلغ متوسط الدرجة الکلية للاحتياجات الإرشادية للطلبة الموهوبين على جميع مجالات الدراسة (81.7%) أي بدرجة کبيرة جدا.
- وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة( 0.05a≤) بين المعلمين والمعلمات في تقدير درجة الاحتياجات الإرشادية الاجتماعية للطلبة الموهوبين لصالح المعلمين.
- وجود فروق جوهرية في تقدير درجة الاحتياجات الإرشادية النفسية للطلبة الموهوبين تبعا لمتغير عدد سنوات الخبرة وقد کانت الفروق بين المعلمين ممن لديهم سنوات خبرة من1-5 سنوات وبين المعلمين ممن لديهم سنوات خبرة من 6-10سنوات لصالح الفئة الثانية.
- وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة( 0.05a≤) في درجة الاحتياجات الإرشادية للطلبة الموهوبين تبعا لمتغير المؤهل العلمي على جميع المجالات وعلى الدرجة الکلية بين المعلمين من مؤهل علمي دبلوم وبين بکالوريوس لصالح بکالوريوس
-عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة(0.05a≤) في درجة الاحتياجات الإرشادية للطلبة الموهوبين تبعا لمتغير التخصص.

This study aimed to know the guidance needs of the gifted pupils in the lower elementary stage in Tulkarem, based on their teachers’ perspective. It also aimed to specify the effects of all variables: sex, qualifications, major and years of experiences.
The study came out with the following results:
The average score of the entire degree reached out to 81.7 percent of the guidance needs of the gifted pupils in the elementary schools in Tulkarem based on all aspects. There is statistically significant difference at level of (α≤0, 05) between both male and female teachers in the degree of appreciation of social guidance needs of the gifted pupils for the benefit of the male teachers .There are no statistically significance differences in the rest of all other aspects. There are apparent differences in the appreciation of the psycho guidance needs of the gifted pupils based on the years of experience variable and the differences between teachers who have experience from one to five years and those from six to ten years for the benefit of the second group.
There were differences between teachers who have experience from six to ten years with those who have more than ten years or the benefit of the second group. There are statistically significant differences at the level ( α≤0,05 )in the degree of the guidance needs of the gifted pupils based on the qualification variable on all aspects and on the entire degree between teachers
There are no statistically significant differences at the level of ( α≤0,05 )in the degree of the guidance needs of the gifted pupils.
