رؤية مستقبلية للأنشطة الطلابية في التعليم العام بالمملکة العربية السعودية فى ضوء خبرات بعض الدول المتقدمة والعربية

ملخص عربى :
 
بالرغم من الأهمية التي تحتلها الأنشطة الطلابية إلا أن المتأمل لواقعها يجد أن هناک جوانب نقص وقصور فى الإعداد والتخطيط لهذه الأنشطة وقد أثبتت الدراسات المختلفة هذا الواقع ، وبالتالي فإن تلک الدراسة تحاول دراسة عدد من التجارب فى بعض الدول المتقدمة فى مجال الأنشطة الطلابية ) الولايات المتحدة الأمريکية – اليابان- وماليزيا ( کما سوف يتم تناول عدد من التجارب العربية ومنها تجربة المملکة الأردنية الهاشمية وتجربة مملکة البحرين وجمهورية مصر العربية وذلک لوضع تصور مقترح للأنشطة الطلابية بناء على خبرات تلک الدول فى ذلک المجال ، من کل ما سبق يمکن بلورة مشکلة الدراسة فى السؤال الرئيسي التالي " کيف يمکن تطوير الأنشطة الطلابية بالتعليم العام بالمملکة العربية السعودية فى ضوء الاستفادة من خبرات بعض التجارب العالمية المعاصرة"
وکان من أهم نتائج الدراسة أن فلسفة النشاط الطلابي فى الدول العربية عينة الدراسة لا تعتمد على نظريات علمية معروفة ولکنها تعتمد على تنمية الولاء والانتماء للدولة وعکس ذلک فى الدول المتقدمة المختارة حيث أن فلسفة النشاط عندها يقوم على نظرية علمية مثل النظرية البنائية أو أسلوب التعلم المتمرکز حول الطفل وغيرها . ولقد قام الباحث فى نهاية دراسته بوضع تصور مقترح لما ينبغى أن تکون عليه الأنشطة الطلابية فى الدول العربية بصفة عامة والمملکة العربية السعودية بصفة خاصة .

Despite the importance that occupied by student activities but hopefully the reality will find that there are deficiencies and shortcomings in the preparation and planning of these activities have proven different studies of this reality, and therefore, this study is trying to study a experiments in some developed countries in this field of student Activities (United States of America-Japan – Malaysia) will also be addressed by a number of Arab experiences of Jordan and experience the kingdom of Bahrain, and Arab Republic of Egypt in order to visualize a proposed student activities, from all of the above can formulate the problem of the study in the main question: ”How we can development of student activities in public education in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia in light of the benefit from the experiences of some international experiences of contemporary”
One of the most important results of the study, said the philosophy of student activity in the Arab countries the study sample does not depend on scientific theories are known, but it depends on the development of loyalty and belonging to the state and the opposite in countries selected as the philosophy of activity then based on a scientific theory such as theory of constructivism, or learning style based on child and others. Have the researcher at the and of his proposal by imagining what should be the student activities in the Arab countries in general and Saudi Arabia in particular.
