تصور مقترح لتحقيق التميز في البحث التربوي في ضوء بعض الاتجاهات الحديثة

تواجه الجامعات المصرية عديدا من القضايا التربوية والمشكلات التنموية التي تواجه المجتمع بأسره، ومع التقدم التكنولوجي والمعرفي الهائل الذي تشهده جميع ميادين الحياة ومجالاتها الاقتصادية والسياسية والمجتمعية والتعليمية والثقافية، بات على الجامعات الاضطلاع بدورها في تحقيق التقدم والنهوض بالمجتمع، وذلك من خلال قيامها بوظائفها الأساسية. ولعل البحث التربوي من أهم الوظائف الأساسية للجامعة؛ كونه يضطلع بالدور الأكبر في معالجة تلك القضايا وحل تلك المشكلات. وبناء على ذلك ظهرت اتجاهات حديثة تدعو إلى ضرورة تطوير البحث التربوي من أجل دراسة القضايا التربوية المتشابكة والمعقدة. ومع ظهور تلك الاتجاهات يتحتم تحديد أوجه الاستفادة من هذه الاتجاهات في تحقيق التميز في البحوث التربوية بالجامعات المصرية، وذلك في ضوء المحاور الثلاثة الآتية:

المحور الأول: ماهية التميز في البحث التربوي، ويتناول: مفهوم التميز في البحث التربوي، أهمية التميز في البحث التربوي، استراتيجيات تحقيق التميز في البحث التربوي، معايير تحقيق التميز في البحث التربوي، متطلبات تحقيق التميز في البحث التربوي
المحور الثاني: الاتجاهات الحديثة في تحقيق التميز في البحث التربوي، ويتناول: اتجاه النشر الدولي، اتجاه تدويل البحث التربوي، اتجاه حاضنات البحث التربوي، اتجاه كراسي البحث التربوي، اتجاه مراكز التميز البحثي، اتجاه البحوث البينية، اتجاه تسويق البحث التربوي، وأخيرا تحليل الاتجاهات الحديثة في تحقيق التميز في البحث التربوي.
المحور الثالث: إجراء الدراسة الميدانية وتقديم تصور مقترح يهدف إلى الاستفادة من الاتجاهات الحديثة في تحقيق التميز في البحث التربوي، بما يقتضي العمل على تطوير البحث التربوي وتحسينه وتحقيق ميزة تنافسية له محلياً وعالمياً.

Abstract
Egyptian universities face many educational issues and development problems facing society as a whole, and with the tremendous technological and cognitive progress witnessed in all fields of life and its economic, political, societal, educational and cultural fields, universities must play their role in achieving progress and advancement of society, by performing their basic functions. Perhaps educational research is one of the most important basic functions of the university. Because it plays the largest role in addressing these issues and solving these problems. Accordingly, recent trends have emerged calling for the need to develop educational research in order to study interwoven and complex educational issues. With the emergence of these trends, it is necessary to identify ways to benefit from these trends in achieving excellence in educational research in Egyptian universities, in light of the following three topics:

First: Excellence in educational research, and deals with: the concept of excellence in educational research, the importance of excellence in educational research, strategies for achieving excellence in educational research, standards for achieving excellence in educational research, requirements for achieving excellence in educational research.
Second: Modern trends in achieving excellence in educational research, and it addresses: the trend of international publishing, the trend of internationalization of educational research, the trend of educational research incubators, the trend of educational research chairs, the trend of centers of educational research excellence, the trend of interdisciplinary research, the trend of marketing educational research, and finally Analysis of modern trends in achieving excellence in educational research.
Third: How to benefit from modern trends in achieving excellence in educational research, which requires working to develop and improve educational research and achieve a competitive advantage locally and globally.
