رؤية مقترحة من المنظور التربوي الإسلامي لمواجهة مظاهر العنف الزوجي ضد المرأة في ضوء الاتفاقيات الدولية والتشريعات الوطنية

ملخص
استهدفت الدراسة الحالية تقديم رؤية من المنظور التربوي الإسلامي لمواجهة مظاهر العنف الزوجي ضد المرأة في ضوء الاتفاقيات الدولية والتشريعات الوطنية، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف اعتمدت على المنهجين الأصولي والوصفي. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج من أهمها: أن العنف ضد الزوجة ظاهرة بغيضة حرمها الدين الإسلامي ونهى عنها، كما أنها تعد جريمة من الجرائم التي تستوجب عقاب مرتكبيها فى الدنيا وعقاب الله في الآخرة، وأن مواجهة مشكلة العنف الزوجي يتطلب الاستعانة بالرؤية التربوية الإسلامية في علاج هذه المشكلة والأخذ بالأساليب التربوية الإسلامية للحد من الإساءات البدنية والنفسية التي توجه إلى الزوجة، وكما توصلت الدراسة إلى قصور النظام التعليمي وضعف دوره في تعليم ونشر الأساليب التربوية لمواجهة مظاهر العنف الزوجي من منظور القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية سواء من خلال المناهج أو الأنشطة التعليمية أو توفير بيئة مناسبة لتعليم الأساليب التربوية الإسلامية لمواجهة مظاهر العنف الزوجي ضد المرأة. وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة وضع استراتيجية لتنمية وعي طلبة الجامعة بالأساليب التربوية الإسلامية لمواجهة مظاهر العنف الزوجي ضد المرأة في ضوء الاتفاقيات الدولية والتشريعات الوطنية، وضرورة تنسيق الجهود بين المؤسسات التعليمية والإعلامية والمنظمات الحقوقية ومنظمات المجتمع المدني حتي تؤتى هذه الجهود ثمارها في نشر أساليب المعاملة بين الزوجين وفق رؤية المنهج الإسلامي.

Abstract:
The current study aimed to provide an educational vision from an Islamic perspective to confront manifestations of marital violence against women in light of international agreements and national legislation. To achieve this goal, I relied on the fundamentalist and descriptive approaches. I reached several findings, the most important of which are: violence against the wife is an abhorrent phenomenon that the Islamic religion forbids and prohibits, and it is considered one of the crimes that requires its perpetrators to be punished in this world and God’s punishment in the afterlife. The study also showed that confronting the problem of marital violence requires using the Islamic vision in treating this problem and adopting Islamic educational methods to reduce the physical and psychological abuse directed at the wife. It revealed the shortcomings of the educational system and the weakness of its role in teaching and disseminating educational methods to confront the manifestations of marital violence from the perspective of the Holy Qur’an and the Sunnah of the Prophet, whether in terms of curricula, activities, or providing an appropriate environment for teaching Islamic educational methods to confront manifestations of marital violence against women. Hence, the study recommended the need to set a strategy to develop university students’ awareness of Islamic educational methods to confront manifestations of marital violence against women in light of international agreements and national legislation, and the need to coordinate efforts between educational and media institutions, human rights organizations, and civil society organizations so that these efforts bear fruit in disseminating methods of treatment between spouses according to the vision of the Islamic approach.
