مواصفات البيئة المدرسية في مباني مدارس المعاقين علي ضوء معايير الهئية القومية لضمان جودة التعليم و الاعتماد "دراسة حالة علي مدارس النور للمكفوفين بمحافظة الدقهلية"

ملخص البحث
      هدف البحث الحالي إلى التعرف على مواصفات البيئة المدرسية في مباني مدارس المعاقين علي ضوء معايير الهيئة القومية لضمان جودة التعليم والاعتماد و التي ينبغي توافرها في المبني المدرسي لتحسين مواصفات البيئة المدرسية بمدارس الاعاقة البصرية بمحافظة الدقهلية، واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي باعتباره المنهج المناسب للدراسة، كما استخدم البحث أدوات: الملاحظة المباشرة بواسطة بطاقة الرصد، وتوصلت البحث الحالي إلى نتائج منها: وجود بعض المشكلات التي تخص مواصفات المباني والفصول لمدارس النور للمكفوفين وضعاف البصر، كما عرض البحث بعض المقترحات والتوصيات للحد من القصور والضعف بمواصفات البيئة المدرسية لمباني مدارس الاعاقة البصرية في ضوء وثائق معايير الهيئة القومية لضمان جودة التعليم والاعتماد ، منها: أن يواكب تطوير المبني المدرسي كمدخل من مدخلات العملية التعليمية العناصر الأخرى المكملة لنجاح العملية التعليمية والتر بوية مثل: (المعلم والمناهج)، و ضرورة الأخذ في الاعتبار تلك المواصفات والمتطلبات عند تصميم  المبا ني المدرسية للاعاقة البصرية  بحيث لا تمثل هذه المباني عائق لهم في ممارسة تعلمهم، أو تحصيلهم التعليمي والتربوي، أو ممارسة الأنشطة المختلفة للطلاب المكفوفين وضعاف البصر، و ضرورة إعادة صياغة مواصفات التصميم الداخلى للقاعات والفصول والغرف الملحقة بالمبني المدرسي، وتطويرها لكي تستوعب التقنيات الحديثة والتكنولوجية ومتطلباتها.

Abstract:
       The aim of the current research is to identify the specifications of the school environment in the buildings of schools for the disabled in light of the standards of the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education, which should be available in the school building to improve the specifications of the school environment in visually impaired schools in Dakahlia Governorate. The research relied on the descriptive approach as it is the appropriate approach for the study. The research used tools: direct observation and the monitoring card, and the current research reached results including: the presence of some problems related to the specifications of buildings and classrooms for Al Noor schools for the blind and visually impaired. The research also presented some proposals and recommendations to reduce the shortcomings and weaknesses in the specifications of the school environment for the buildings of visually impaired schools in light of Standards documents of the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education, including: The development of the school building as an input to the educational process should keep pace with other elements that complement the success of the educational process, such as: (teachers and curricula), and the necessity of taking into account those specifications and requirements when designing school buildings for people with disabilities. Visual so that these buildings do not represent an obstacle to them in practicing their learning, educational and pedagogical achievement, or practicing various activities for blind and visually impaired students, and the necessity of reformulating the interior design specifications for the halls, classes, and rooms attached to the school building, and developing them in order to accommodate modern and technological techniques and their requirements.
