إدارة مدارس التربية الخاصة بمحافظة الدقهلية في ضوء الخطة الاستراتيجية للتعليم قبل الجامعى 2014- 2030 (الواقع- المأمول)

ملخص البحث
    هدف البحث إلى رصد  واقع إدارة مدارس التربية الخاصة بمحافظة الدقهلية في ضوء الخطة الاستراتيجية للتعليم قبل الجامعى 2014-  2030 ومقترحات تطويرها، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفى، وتم تطبيق الاستبانة على عينة من المعلمين والمديرين بمدارس التربية الخاصة بمحافظة الدقهلية قوامها(221) معلماً ومديراً ، وانتهى البحث  إلى عدة مقترحات لتطوير إدارة مدارس التربية الخاصة في ضوء الخطة الاستراتيجية للتعليم قبل الجامعى 2014- 2030، أبرزها: توفير مواصلات من المدرسة وإليها تتلاءم واحتياجات الطلبة من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، وتوفير بيئه صفية تتلاءم واحتياجات الطلبة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، وتوفير أنشطه تراعي حاجات وقدرات الطلبة من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، وتوفير مستلزمات المدرسة بالتنسيق مع الأجهزة المختصة( العلاجية والنفسية) بفئة الطلبة من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، وتوفير تجهيزات تخدم الطلبة ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، وتوفير وسائل تعليمية مساعدة مناسبة للطلبة ذوي لاحتياجات الخاصة، واختيار معلمين مختصين بتعليم الطلبة ذوي احتياجات الخاصة بما يتناسب مع حالاتهم، وتنظيم جدول يتمتع بالمرونة لبرامج التربية الخاصة، وتوجيه المعلمين للمساهمة في إعداد خطة تربوية متجددة تتلاءم مع احتياجات الطلبة ذوي الإحتياجات الخاصة، ومراجعة الخطط التربوية الفردية لكل طالب مع مربيه للتأكد من تطبيقها.

Abstract
The research aimed to monitor the reality of the management of special education schools in Dakahlia Governorate in light of the strategic plan for pre-university education 2014-2030 and proposals for its development. The research used the descriptive approach, and the questionnaire was applied to a sample of teachers and principals in special education schools in Dakahlia Governorate, consisting of (221) teachers and principals, and it ended. The research included several proposals to develop the management of special education schools in light of the strategic plan for pre-university education 2014-2030, the most prominent of which are: providing transportation to and from school that is compatible with the needs of students with special needs, providing a classroom environment that is compatible with the needs of students with special needs, and providing activities that take into account the needs and abilities. Students with special needs, providing school supplies in coordination with the specialized agencies (therapeutic and psychological) for the category of students with special needs, providing equipment that serves students with special needs, providing appropriate educational aids for students with special needs, and selecting teachers specialized in teaching students with special needs. appropriate to their situations, organizing a flexible schedule for special education programs, directing teachers to contribute to the preparation of a renewed educational plan that is compatible with the needs of students with special needs, and reviewing the individual educational plans for each student with his educator to ensure their implementation.
