دور البراعة الاستراتيجية في تنمية رأس المال الفكري بالجامعات المصرية: تصور مقترح

ملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد مفهوم وأبعاد رأس المال الفكري، ومدى توافره بالجامعات المصرية، وتحديد مفهوم البراعة الاستراتيجية وامكاناتها في تنمية رأس المال الفكري، ثم الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة بين البراعة الاستراتيجية ورأس المال الفكري بالجامعات المصرية. ثم صياغة تصور مقترح لدور للبراعة الاستراتيجية في تنمية رأس المال الفكري بالجامعات المصرية.
وتوصلت الدراسة عن طريق المنهج الوصفي وتصميم استبانة وتقديمها من خلال الانترنت لأعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعات المصرية إلى عدد من النتائج، من بينها  انخفاض مستوى رأس المال الفكري بأبعاده الثلاثة في الجامعات المصرية، ووجود علاقة موجبة دالة إحصائيًا عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين رأس المال البشري والمجموع الكلي للبراعة الاستراتيجية.، ووجود علاقة موجبة دالة إحصائيًا عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين رأس المال الهيكلي أو التنظيمي والمجموع الكلي للبراعة الاستراتيجية، ولا توجد علاقة دالة إحصائيًا عند مستوى دلالة (0.05) بين رأس المال الاجتماعي أو العلاقاتي والمجموع الكلي للبراعة الاستراتيجية.
كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن البراعة الاستراتيجية تسعى إلى التطوير على مستوى الجامعات، وأن فهم وإدراك أبعاد البراعة الاستراتيجية في سياق العمل يسهم في تعزيز الميزة التنافسية للجامعات، وأن تنمية رأس المال الفكري بالجامعات يتطلب القيام بأنشطة الاستكشاف والاستثمار، إضافة إلى أن نشر ثقافة تنظيمية بأهمية البراعة الاستراتيجية وأهمية رأس المال الفكري من عوامل تحقيق الميزة التنافسية بالجامعات.
 
Abstract:
The study aimed at defining the concept and dimensions of intellectual capital, and its availability in Egyptian universities, defining the concept and dimensions of strategic Ambidexterity and its potential in developing intellectual capital, and then revealing the nature of the relationship between strategic Ambidexterity and intellectual capital in Egyptian universities. Then, formulating a proposed vision for the role of strategic Ambidexterity in developing intellectual capital in Egyptian universities.
The study, through the descriptive approach, designing a questionnaire and submitting it via the Internet to faculty members in Egyptian universities, reached a number of results, including a low level of intellectual capital in its three dimensions in Egyptian universities, and the presence of a statistically significant positive relationship at the level of significance (0.05) between human capital and the total strategic Ambidexterity. And the existence of a statistically significant positive relationship at the level of significance (0.05) between the Structural capital and the total strategic Ambidexterity, and there is no significant relationship. It was statistically significant at the level of (0.05) between Relational or social capital and the total strategic Ambidexterity.
The results of the study also showed that strategic ambidexterity seeks development at the university level, and that understanding and realizing the dimensions of strategic ambidexterity in the context of work contributes to enhancing the competitive advantage of universities, and that intellectual capital in universities requires carrying out exploration and investment activities, in addition to spreading an organizational culture of the importance of strategic ambidexterity. The importance of intellectual capital is one of the factors in achieving competitive advantage in universities.
