متطلبات تفعيل التعليم للريادة بمدارس الحلقة الثاية من التعليم الأساسي "رؤية إسلامية"

     يعد التعليم للريادة ضرورة حتمية تفرضها طبيعة العصر الذي نعيش فيه؛ لمواكبة متطلبات سوق العمل، واللحاق بركب الدول المتقدمة، وفي ضوء ذلك استهدفت الدراسة تحديد المتطلبات اللازمة لتفعيل التعليم للريادة بمدارس الحلقة الثانية من التعليم الأساسي وفق الرؤية التربوية الإسلامية، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي؛ لمناسبته موضوع الدراسة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى تحديد أهم هذه المتطلبات من خلال وضع رؤية مقترحة من منظور التربية الإسلامية شملت جميع مكونات العملية التعليمية، مراعية وضع المتطلبات التربوية التي يجب توافرها في كل مكون من مكوناتها بغية تفعيل التعليم للريادة، وقدمت الدراسة عدة توصيات منها: زيادة الميزانية المخصصة للتربية والتعليم بما يتناسب مع الدور الذي تقوم به مؤسساتها، العمل علي زيادة وعي طلاب الحلقة الثانية من التعليم الأساسي بالعمل الريادي، تكوين اتجاهات إيجابية نحو العمل الحر والاعتماد على النفس. ألا يقتصر التعليم الريادي في مدارس الحلقة الثانية من التعليم الأساسي على المعلومات النظرية فحسب؛ بل لا بد من ممارسة الأنشطة الريادية عملياً؛ لتنمية مهارات واتجاهات الطلاب نحو ريادة الأعمال. عقد العديد من الدورات التدريبة عن ريادة الأعمال للكوادر البشرية من المعلمين والإداريين والأخصائيين المنوط بهم تربية الطلاب على ريادة الأعمال.
 
Abstract:
Education for leadership is an inevitable necessity imposed by the nature of the era in which we live to keep pace with the requirements of the labor market, and to catch up with developed countries, and in light of this, the study aimed to determine the necessary requirements to activate entrepreneurship education in schools of the second cycle of basic education in accordance with the Islamic educational vision.
The study used the descriptive approach; To suit the subject of the study, the study determined the most important of these requirements by developing a proposed vision from the perspective of Islamic education that included all components of the educational process, taking into account setting the educational requirements that must be met in each of its components in order to activate education for entrepreneurship.
The study presented several recommendations, including: increasing the budget allocated to education in proportion to the role played by its institutions, working to increase the awareness of students in the second cycle of basic education about entrepreneurial work, and forming positive attitudes towards self-employment and self-reliance. Entrepreneurial education in second cycle schools of basic education should not be limited to theoretical information only; Rather, entrepreneurial activities must be practiced practically; To develop students’ skills and attitudes towards entrepreneurship. Holding many training courses on entrepreneurship for human cadres, including teachers, administrators, and specialists entrusted with educating students on entrepreneurship.
