فعالية برامج الاستشارات الاسرية الاجتماعية الالكترونية

الملخص العربي :
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلي تحديد مدى فعالية برامج الاستشارات الاسرية الاجتماعية الالكترونية، وذلك من خلال هـدفين فـرعيين وهمـا اختبار فعالية برامج الاستشارات الاسرية الاجتماعية الالكترونية، من خلال التعريف بالإرشاد الالكتروني وأهميته ، والـسمات التـي يجـب توافرها بالمرشد الالكتروني ، وأهداف الإرشاد الالكتروني، وتحديد المعوقات التي تحد من فعالية برامج الاستشارات الاسرية الاجتماعية الالكترونية، وأخيرا التوصل إلى مجموعة من الآليات المقترحة لتحسين فعالية برامج الاستشارات الاسرية الاجتماعية الالكترونية .
وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج, من أهمها: أن ( ٢٩ ) من مفردات عينة الدراسة ما نسبته ٩٦.٧ % من إجمالي مفردات عينة الدراسة اجابوا بالموافقة على ان برامج الاستشارات الاسرية الاجتماعية الالكترونية تساعد الأشخاص الغير قادرين على المواجهة بفاعلية عالية وهم الفئة الأكثر من مفردات عينة الدراسة، وأن ( 23 ) من مفردات عينة الدراسة يمثلن ما نسبته  ٧٦.٧ % من إجمالي مفردات عينة الدراسة اجابوا بالموافقة على ان من المعوقات التي تحد من فعالية برامج الاستشارات الاسرية الاجتماعية الالكترونية تتمثل في انه لابد من ان يكون المرشد ذو خبرة عالية لتقديم خدمات سريعة لا تحتمل التأجيل، وأن ( ٢٩ ) من مفردات عينة الدراسة يمثلن ما نسبته  ٩٦.٦ % من إجمالي مفردات عينة الدراسة اجابوا بالموافقة على انه من الآليات المقترحة لتحسين فعالية برامج الاستشارات الاسرية الاجتماعية الالكترونية وضع دليل ارشادي للاستشارات الالكترونية و ضرورة التعاون بين الجهات للتحويل للحالات الطارئة وهم الفئة الأكثر من مفردات عينة الدراسة.
abstract:
This study aimed to determine the effectiveness of the electronic social family counseling programs, through two sub-objectives, which are to test the effectiveness of the electronic social family counseling programs, by defining the electronic counseling and its importance, the features that must be available in the electronic counselor, the objectives of the electronic counseling, and identifying the obstacles that limit The effectiveness of electronic social family counseling programs, and finally a set of proposed mechanisms to improve the effectiveness of electronic social family counseling programs.
The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: (29) of the study sample’s vocabulary, 96.7% of the total study sample’s vocabulary, answered with agreement that the electronic social family counseling programs help people who are unable to cope effectively, and they are the most vulnerable group. of the study sample, and that (23) of the study sample’s vocabulary, representing 76.7% of the total study sample, answered with agreement that one of the obstacles that limit the effectiveness of electronic social family counseling programs is that the counselor must be highly experienced To provide fast services that cannot be postponed, and that (29) of the study sample members, representing 96.6% of the total study sample members, answered with agreement that among the proposed mechanisms to improve the effectiveness of electronic social family counseling programs is the development of a guide for electronic consultations and the need for cooperation between Entities for transfer for emergency cases, and they are the largest category of the study sample
