دور وحدات تيسير الانتقال إلي سوق العمل بمدارس التعليم الثانوي الصناعي نظام الثلاث سنوات في تطوير التعليم الصناعي( المعوقات- سبل المواجهة)

هدفت الدراسة التوصل إلى أبرز المقترحات لمواجهة المعوقات التي تحول دون قيام وحدات تيسير الانتقال إلي سوق العمل بمدارس التعليم الثانوي الصناعي نظام الثلاث سنوات بدورها في تطوير التعليم الصناعي بمحافظة الشرقية ، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفى، وتم تطبيق الاستبانة على عينة من طلاب الفرقة الثالثة والمعلمين بمدارس التعليم الصناعي نظام الثلاث سنوات بمحافظة الشرقية والمشتملة على وحدات تيسير الانتقال إلي سوق العمل ، قوامها(520) فرداً، وانتهت الدراسة إلى عدة مقترحات لمواجهة المعوقات التي تحول دون قيام وحدات تيسير الانتقال إلي سوق العمل بمدارس التعليم الثانوي الصناعي نظام الثلاث سنوات بدورها في تطوير التعليم الصناعي بمحافظة الشرقية ، منها: صدور اللائحة التفيذية للقرار الوزارى 283 لسنة 2014 المنظم لوحدات تيسير الانتقال إلى سوق العمل، توفير الاعتمادات المالية للصرف بوحدات تيسير الانتقال إلى سوق العمل، وضع خطة للتوسع في انتشار الوحدات بمدارس التعليم الفني، تغيير النظرة المجتمعية المتدنية للتعليم الفني وخريجيه، توفير الإمكانات التكنولوجية المطلوبة للتدريب بوحدات تيسير الانتقال إلى سوق العمل، وضع الوصف الوظيفي الخاص بالعاملين في وحدة تيسير الانتقال إلى سوق العمل، تقديم الدعم الفني من قبل الجهات الدولية للمدارس الفنية والوحدات الموجودة بها ، احتواء الجدول المدرسي لحصص التوجيه والارشاد وريادة الاعمال والابتكار الخاصة بأنشطة وحدة تيسير الانتقال إلى سوق العمل،ربط خدمات مكونات وحدات تيسير الانتقال إلى سوق العمل بمعلومات سوق العمل
Abstract:
The study aimed to come up with the most prominent proposals to address the obstacles that
prevent units from facilitating the transition to the labor market in industrial secondary education
schools, the three-year system, from playing their role in developing industrial education in Sharkia
Governorate. The three-year industrial system in Sharkia Governorate, which includes units for
facilitating the transition to the labor market, consists of (520) individuals. In Sharkia Governorate,
including: the issuance of the executive regulations of Ministerial Resolution 283 of 2014 regulating
the units to facilitate the transition to the labor market, the provision of financial funds for the
exchange of units to facilitate the transition to the labor market, the development of a plan to expand
the spread of units in technical education schools, changing the low societal view of technical
education and its graduates, Providing the technological capabilities required for training in units to
facilitate the transition to the labor market, and z The job description of the workers in the unit to
facilitate the transition to the labor market, the provision of technical support by international agencies to the technical schools and the units in them, the containment of the school schedule for guidance,
counseling, entrepreneurship and innovation classes related to the activities of the unit to facilitate the
