متطلبات تحسين الميزة التنافسية بمدارس التعليم قبل الجامعي بمحافظة دمياط

تهدف الدراسة التعرف على الإطار المفاهيمي للميزة التنافسية بمدارس التعليم قبل الجامعي. ورصد واقع الميزة التنافسية بمدارس التعليم قبل الجامعي. والتوصل إلى متطلبات الميزة التنافسية بمدارس التعليم قبل الجامعي. ووضع تصور مقترح لتحسين الميزة التنافسية بمدارس التعليم قبل الجامعي بمحافظة دمياط. كما استخدمت الدراسة الحالية منهج البحث الوصفي التحليلي والاستبانة بهدف رصد واقع الميزة التنافسية بمدارس التعليم قبل الجامعي بمحافظة دمياط. وذلك من خلال تطبيقها على عينة من القيادات التعليمية ومديري المدارس والمعلمين مدارس التعليم قبل الجامعي بمحافظة دمياط.
وتمثلت أهم متطلبات التصور المقترح لتحسين الميزة التنافسية بمدارس التعليم قبل الجامعي بجمهورية مصر العربية، في اتباع مدارس التعليم قبل الجامعي لاستراتيجية لتنمية هيئة التدريس ترتكز على صقل معارفهم وإكسابهم المهارات المهنية اللازمة. استخدام مدارس التعليم قبل الجامعي لتكنولوجيات الإعلام والاتصال وضعف مسايرة التطورات الحديثة. تبني استراتيجية التدريب المستمر لأعضاء هيئة التدريس لأهمية القوى البشرية في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية. تسهيل وصول الجميع بمدارس التعليم قبل الجامعي إلى قواعد المعرفة التي تمتلكها والاستفادة منها. إتاحة مدارس التعليم قبل الجامعي على الفرصة للعاملين بها لتقديم أفضل ما عندهم من خطوات ومعلومات، وذلك يؤدي إلى الإبداع في العمل وابتكار كل جديد، فيشعر العاملين بأن لديهم مساحة من الحرية لإطلاق أفكارهم المبدعة.
abstract:
The study aims to identify the competitive advantage in the pre-university schools and
observing the reality of competitive advantage at these schools, concluding with the requirements of
the competitive advantage and putting a proposed strategy to improve the competitive advantage of
pre-university schools at Damietta governorate.
The current study used the analytical descriptive method and a questionnaire to observe the
reality of the competitive advantage at the pre-university schools through its application on a sample
of educational leadership, shool principals and teachers of the pre-university schools at Damietta.
The most important requirements of the proposed strategy was the following of a development
strategy focuses on refining their knowledge and acquiring them with necessary vocational skills using
of communication and information technology and weak keeping up modern developments
Adapting a strategy of continuous training for faculty members because of the importance of
human resources in achieving the competitive advantage. Facilitate access to knowledge bases and
benefit from it in pre-university schools and allowing employees to provide the best steps and
information which leads to creativity at work and innovation of all new, so, the employees feel with a
space to unleash their creative ideas.
