مشكلات التنمية المهنية لمعلمي التدريبات العملية بالتعليم الثانوي الصناعي في مصر

الملخص العربى :
استهدف البحث التوصل إلى أهم المتطلبات أو الآليات التي يمكن من خلالها التغلب على مشكلات التنمية المهنية لمعلمي التدريبات العملية بالتعليم الثانوي الصناعي في مصر، واعتمد البحث الحالي على المنهج الوصفي، وذلك من خلال التعرف على واقع ومشكلات التنمية المهنية لمعلمي التدريبات العملية بالتعليم الثانوي الصناعي، ومحاولة التوصل إلى أهم المتطلبات التي يمكن من خلالها التغلب على هذه المشكلات.
وتوصل البحث الحالي إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها: وجود العديد من المشكلات التي يعاني منها معلمو التدريبات العملية الذين ما زالوا يستخدمون أساليب وطرق تقليدية في التدريس تركز في معظم الوقت على المحاضرة والإلقاء، وكذلك التدريبات العملية التي يتم عرضها بشكل تقليدي دون استخدام أساليب التدريس الحديثة، وفي ضوء نتائج البحث تم التوصل إلى العديد من المتطلبات التي يمكن من خلالها التغلب على هذه المشكلات أهمها : إعداد المعلمين على ضوء الاحتياجات التدريبية الفعلية، والاهتمام بأن تكون المدرسة هي مركز التنمية المهنية للمعلمين وجميع العاملين، وعقد شراكات بين المدارس الصناعية وكليات التعليم الصناعي والمؤسسات الصناعية والإنتاجية لتنفيذ برامج تنمية مهنية داخل المدرسة.
Abstract:

          The research aimed to reach the most important requirements or mechanisms by which to overcome the problems of professional development for teachers of practical training in industrial secondary education in Egypt, and the current research relied on the descriptive approach, by identifying the reality and problems of professional development for teachers of practical training in industrial secondary education, and an attempt Arriving at the most important requirements through which these problems can be overcome.
           The current research has reached many results, the most important of which are: the presence of many problems faced by teachers of practical exercises who still use traditional methods and methods in teaching that focus most of the time on lecture and delivery, as well as practical exercises that are presented traditionally without using modern teaching methods, In light of the results of the research, many requirements have been reached through which these problems can be overcome, the most important of which are: preparing teachers in light of the actual training needs, and making sure that the school is the center of professional development for teachers and all workers, and establishing partnerships between industrial schools, colleges of industrial education and industrial institutions. and productivity to implement professional development programs within the school.
