رؤية مقترحة لتفعيل دور کليات التربية في تحسين جودة الحياة الأکاديمية لطلابها ( دراسة ميدانية بجامعة دمياط

هدف البحث الحالي إلى تقديم رؤية مقترحة لتفعيل دور كلية التربية بجامعة دمياط في تحسين جودة الحياة الأكاديمية لطلابها، وذلك من خلال السعي لبلورة إطار فكري حول جودة الحياة الأكاديمية للطالب الجامعي مع توضيح دور كليات التربية في تحسين جودة الحياة الأكاديمية لطلابها ، والكشف عن واقع جودة الحياة الأكاديمية لطلاب كلية التربية بجامعة دمياط، وتحديد دور كلية التربية بجامعة دمياط في تحسين جودة الحياة الأكاديمية لطلابها من وجهة نظرهم. وقد اعتمد البحث الحالي على المنهج الوصفي في جمع المعلومات وتفسيرها مع الاستعانة بالاستبانة كأداة بحثية تم تطبيقها على عينة عشوائية طبقية قوامها (1035) طالبًا من طلاب كلية التربية - جامعة دمياط. وتوصل البحث إلى أن واقع جودة الحياة الأكاديمية لطلاب كلية التربية بجامعة دمياط جاء بدرجة تحقق متوسطة ، حيث جاءت جميع الأبعاد في اتجاه (تتحقق بدرجة متوسطة)، وجاء مستوى الكفاءة الأكاديمية لدى الطلاب في المرتبة الأولى يليه مستوى البعد الاجتماعي لدى الطلاب ثم مستوى الرضا الأكاديمي لدى الطلاب وأخيرًا مستوى الخدمات والمُسَانَدة الأكاديمية المقدمة للطلاب. وقد أوصى البحث بضرورة الاهتمام بخدمات التوجيه والإرشاد للطلاب لتقديم الدعم والمساندة المناسبة لهم، وتنظيم لقاءات دورية مع الطلاب لمناقشة مشكلاتهم والسعي لمواجهتها، وحث الطلاب على المشاركة في الأنشطة الجامعية المختلفة مع مكافأة المتميزين منهم، وتنظيم لقاءات دورية مع كافة العاملين بالكلية لدراسة كيفية تحسين جودة الحياة الأكاديمية لطلاب الكلية.
Abstract
The current research aimed to present a proposed vision to activate the role of the Faculty of Education at Damietta University in improving the quality of academic life for its students, by identifying an intellectual framework on the quality of academic life for university students, clarify the role of faculties of education in improving the quality of academic life for its students, reveal the reality of quality of academic life for students of the Faculty of Education at Damietta University, and determine the role of the Faculty of Education at Damietta University in improving the quality of academic life for its students from their point of view. The current research used the descriptive method in collecting and interpreting information. A questionnaire was used a research tool that was applied to a stratified random sample consisted of (1035) students from the Faculty of Education in Damietta. The research found that the reality of the quality of academic life for students of the Faculty of Education at Damietta University was achieved to a moderate degree, where all dimensions came in the direction (achieved to a moderate degree), the level of academic competence among students came in the first place, followed by the level of the social dimension among students, then the level of academic satisfaction among students, and finally the level of services and academic support provided  to students. The research recommended that the necessity of paying attention to guidance and counseling services for students to provide appropriate support and assistance to them, organizing  periodic meetings with students to discuss their problems and seek to confront them, urging students to participate in various university activities while rewarding the distinguished among them, and organizing periodic meetings with all the college employees to study how to improve quality of Academic life for college students.
