مُعوقات تجويد أداء مُديري مدارس التَّعليم الثَّانوي العام بدولة الکويت وکيفية مواجهتها في ضوء مدخل اليقظة الإستراتيجية

ملخص الدراسة
هدفت الدراسة رصد معوقات تجويد أداء مُديري مدارس التَّعليم الثَّانوي العام بدولة الكويت في ضوء مدخل اليقظة الإستراتيجية ، والتوصل إلى أبرز المقترحات  لمواجهة معوقات تجويد أداء مُديري مدارس التَّعليم الثَّانوي العام بدولة الكويت في ضوء مدخل اليقظة الإستراتيجية ، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفى، وتم تطبيق الاستبانة على عينة مكونة من (450) من معلمى ومديرى مدارس التعليم الثانوى العام  بدولة الكويت ، وانتهت الدراسة إلى صياغة مجموعة من المقترحات لمواجهة معوقات تجويد أداء مُديري مدارس التَّعليم الثَّانوي العام بدولة الكويت في ضوء مدخل اليقظة الإستراتيجية ، منها: توفير شبكة اتصالات حديثة وفعَّالة لخدمة نظام المعلومات بالمدرسة، مراقبة  التَّطورات التُّكنولوجية والعلمية في مُختلف تخصصاتها باستمرار، توظيف القيادة لبرامج البحث والتطوير في تعزيز مركزها التَّنافسي بين المُدارس الثَّانوية الأخرى لتحقيق جودة الأداء المدرسي، الحرص على تدريب العَاملين على استخدام الأجهزة والبرمجيات الخاصة بنظام المعلومات، اعتماد مُديري المدارس ، العمل على  تحسين آليات الاتصال بين المعلمين وكافة العَاملين بالمدرسة، تشجيع  نشر المعرفة التَّسويقية المُتميزة لدعم العمل لتحقيق جودة الأداء المدرسي، تلبية مُتطلبات أولياء الأمور واحتياجاتهم المُختلفة الثَّانوية على التقنيات والبرمجيات المُعاصرة في تنفيذ برامج الإدارة الإلكترونية داخلها.
Abstract:
The study aimed to Identfy the obstacles to improving the performance of the principals of public  secondary schools in the State of Kuwait in the light of the strategic vigilance approach, and to reach the most prominent proposals to confront the obstacles to the improvement of the performance of the principals of secondary schools in the State of Kuwait in the light of the strategic vigilance approach. The study used the descriptive approach, and the questionnaire was applied to a sample It consisted of (450) teachers and principals of public secondary schools in the State of Kuwait, and the study ended with the formulation of a set of proposals to address the obstacles to improving the performance of principals of secondary schools in the State of Kuwait in the light of the approach of strategic vigilance, including: Providing a modern and effective communication network to serve the school's information system Constantly monitoring technological and scientific developments in its various disciplines, employing leadership for research and development programs to enhance its competitive position among other secondary schools to achieve quality school performance, ensuring that employees are trained to use the hardware and software of the information system, accrediting school principals, working to improve communication mechanisms between Teachers and all school staff, encouragement Dissemination of distinguished marketing knowledge to support work to achieve the quality of school performance, meeting the requirements of parents and their various secondary needs on contemporary technologies and software in the implementation of electronic management programs within them.
