       يُعد تأسيس بيئات تعلم جاذبة للطلاب هدفًا تربويًا ساميًا تسعى إليه مؤسسات التعليم على اختلاف أنواعها ومراحلها وبرامجها التعليمية ، وخاصة في ظل حالة ضعف وفتور همم بعض الطلاب والمعلمين وقلة دافعيتهم للتعلم المستمر أو العمل في مجتمعات تعلم مهنية، فضلا عن ضعف منظومة القيم وقلة الموارد المادية والبشرية المتميزة ، وزيادة معدلات التسرب والفاقد التربوي والمناداة بفكرة اللامدرسية ، ومن هنا استهدف البحث الحالي محاولة الاستفادة من بعض الاتجاهات التربوية الحديثة كالاتجاه نحو: البنائية ، والتعلم المستند إلى الدماغ ، والترابطية ، والاستثمار في رأس المال الفكري لتهيئة بيئة جاذبة للطلاب ، واعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ، وخلص البحث إلى اقتراح مجموعة من المتطلبات التعليمية والتشريعية والتنظيمية والإدارية والبيئة المادية ، واستنباط مجموعة من الممارسات التي قد يُؤدي تطبيقها إلى تهيئة بيئات تعلم جاذبة للطلاب.
Abstract:
             Establishing attractive learning environments for students is a lofty educational goal sought by educational institutions of all kinds, stages and educational programs, especially in light of a state of weakness and apathy of some students and teachers and their lack of motivation for continuous learning or work in professional learning societies, as well as the weakness of the value system and the lack of material and human resources Featured , and the increase in dropout rates and educational losses and the advocacy of the idea of ​​out-of-school, hence the current research aimed at trying to take advantage of some modern educational trends such as the trend towards: constructivism, brain-based learning, connectivity, and investment in intellectual capital to create an attractive environment for students, and the research relied on the descriptive-analytical approach , The research concluded by proposing a set of educational, legislative, organizational and administrative requirements and the physical environment, and devising a set of practices whose application may lead to creating learning environments that are attractive to students.
