الملخص العربى:
استهدف البحث وضع بعض المقترحات للتغلب على معوقات تدويل التعليم الجامعى. وقد اشتمل البحث على الاطار العام للبحث والذى يتضمن المقدمة، المشكلة، والاهداف، والاهمية، والمنهجية، وخطوات البحث،كما اشتمل البحث على ثلاث محاور، تناول الأول منها مفهوم تدويل التعليم الجامعى، ومبررات تدويل التعليم الجامعى، وتناول فى محور الثانى معوقات تدويل التعليم الجامعى، فى حين تناول فى محوره الثالث مقترحات التغلب معوقات على تدويل التعليم الجامعى وتوصلت  الدراسة إلى أن تطبيق تدويل التعليم الجامعى ضرورة ملحة للتطوير وتحسين الأداء الأكاديمى للتعليم الجامعى لما له من فوائد عديدة حيث يقدم فوائد قيمة للطلاب، وأعضاء هيئة التدريس، والعاملين، والمؤسسات، والمجتمع خاصة عندما يكون التدويل عنصرا أساسيا من عناصر  إستراتيجية أوسع. حيث يعزز المكانة الدولية للمؤسسة، ويحقق المعايير الأكاديمية الدولية للجودة، ويسهم فى التعاون الدولي فى مجال التدريس والبحوث وخدمة المجتمع، وتطوير نظم الجامعة الوطنية ضمن إطار عالمي أوسع، وإعداد قوة عاملة ماهرة ذات وعى عالمى وكفاءات متعددة الثقافات، وأخيرا استثمار أموال التتعليم الجامعى لتعزيز المشاركة الوطنية في اقتصاد عالمى والوصول لمكانة عالمية تنافسية متميزة بين الدول المتقدمة.
 Abstract:
The Study aimed to develop proposals to overcome the obstacles to the internationalization of university education. The study included the introduction, the problem, the objectives, the importance, the methodology and steps of the study.It also included three axes, the first of which the concept of internationalization of university education and justifications for internationalizing university education.the second theme dealt with theobstaccles internalizing university education. The third theme dealt with the suggestion for overcoming obstacles to the internationalization of university education. The study found that the application of theinternationalization of university education is urgent to develop and improve the academic performance of university education because of its many benefits as it provides valualble benenfits to students, faculty members, employees, institutions, and, and society, especially when internationalization is an essential element of abroader strategy. It enhances the international standing of the institution, achieves international academic standards for quality, contributes to international cooperation in the field of teaching, research and community service, develops national university systems within a broader global framework, prepares a skilled workforce with global awareness and multicultural competencies, and finally invest university education funds to enhance participation.Nationalism in a global economy and access to a distinguished global competitive postion among the developed countries.
