تطبيقات الحوسبة السحابية في مؤسسات التعليم العالي ببعض الدول وإمکانية الإفادة منها في تطوير التعليم العالي بمصر

يعيش العالم الآن مرحلة من تاريخه يتعين معها البحث عن حلول تتناسب مع ما يتعرض له من ظروف مواجهة فيروس کورنا المستجد (COVID-19) ومتحواراته التي تظهر يوم بعد يوم، والذي ترتب عليه إغلاق الجامعات في معظم الدول وتعزيز التباعد الاجتماعي وتعطل التعليم، لذا وجب على النظم التعليمية في العالم البحث عن بدائل تعليمية غير تقليدية؛ ومع تعميم تکنولوجيا المعلومات في أنشطة التدريس اليومية للجامعات، لم يعد وضع التدريس التقليدي وحده قادرًا على تلبية متطلبات کل من أعضاء هيئة التدريس والطلاب، خاصةً أن هناک اختلافات کبيرة في القدرة على التعلم، وتوفر الحوسبة السحابيةCloud Computing  (CC)، باعتبارها تکاملًا واسع النطاق للمصادر وتکنولوجيا التخزين واستخدام مصادر التعلم، ولأن إصلاح التعليم أمرًا ضروريًا حيث لا يزال نظام التعليم التقليدي مستخدمًا على نطاق واسع، ولا يمکن لهذا النظام تلبية احتياجات تطوير التعليم، لذا نجد في الحوسبة السحابية تتغير طرق التعليم ومحتوياته باستمرار ويصبح التواصل بين أعضاء هيئة التدريس والطلاب وإدارة الجامعة وثيقًا بشکل متزايد
ويُمکن القول أن الحوسبة السحابية عبارة عن منصة تعليمية جديدة تم إنشاؤها بالاعتماد على التکنولوجيا الحديثة، وجوهرها هو تزويد أعضاء هيئة التدريس والطلاب ببيئة تعلم شبکية مثالية ودعم تقني في بيئة الإنترنت، ويکون ذلک من خلال مشارکة أجهزة الکمبيوتر وأجهزة التخزين ومجموعات الخوادم والموارد الأخرى لبناء قاعدة بيانات المعلومات وهي الأساس لبناء منصة تعليم شبکة الحوسبة السحابية، وأيضاً لتطبيق الاختبارات عبر الإنترنت والوظائف الأخرى، وتحسين موارد الشبکة وضمان تطوير المنصة التعليمية
وتمثلت مشکلة البحث في معاناة التعليم العالي المصري بکل عناصره من العديد من المشکلات والتحديات والتي تمثل عائقاً حقيقياً أمام العملية التعليمية وتطويرها، ومن أبرز نواحي القصور تقادم النظم وهبوط المستوى المعرفي وبطء عمليات التطوير في البرامج والمناهج وطرق التدريس وإدارة مؤسسات التعليم العالي، وأيضاً تزايد أعداد الطلاب وتضخم حجم الکليات والمعاهد ونمطية الامتحانات وجمود صيغ تقويم الطلاب، وقد اعتمد البحث على المنهج المقارن في معالجة مشکلته
وبناءً على قدمه الإطار النظري من أسس نظرية وآراء تربوية وانطلاقاً من الهدف الرئيسي للبحث وهو الاستفادة من تطبيقات الحوسبة السحابية بمؤسسات التعليم العالي في تطوير التعليم العالي المصري، وفي ضوء ما توصل إليه البحث من نتائج لخبرات دول الهند، والولايات المتحدة الأمريکية، وبريطانيا، وبولندا، وروسيا، واندونيسيا، والصين قدم البحث تصور مقترح يسهم في تطبيق الحوسبة السحابية بمؤسسات التعليم العالي المصري.
abstract
The world lives now an era that needs to search for solutions which cope with the new coming circumstances of Corona Virus(COVID-19) and its daily mutations, which has resulted in the closure of universities in most countries, the strengthening of social separation and the educational disruption. Thus, the educational systems nowadays have to search for non-traditional educational alternatives; with the popularization of information technology in the daily teaching activities of universities, as the traditional teaching methods are no longer able to meet the requirements of both faculty and students, especially since there are significant differences in the ability to learn, and the availability of computing Cloud Computing (CC), as a large-scale integration of resources and storage technology with the use of learning resources. Now Educational reform became a necessity despite the wide range of the use of traditional educational system although this system cannot meet the needs of education development. So,  The  cloud computing changes the ways of education and its contents continuously as it  provides a close neat communication channels between faculty staff, students and university administration.
Cloud computing is a new educational platform  that depends on modern technology that aims to provide teaching staff  and students with an ideal networking learning environment and technical support in the Internet environment through  computers, storage devices, server and other resources that build an information database which builds the platform of cloud network. As it implements online exams and other functions that provides network resources and ensures  developing the educational platforms.
The research problem was represented in the suffering of Egyptian higher education with all its components from many problems and challenges, which represent a real obstacle to the educational process and its development. The size of colleges and institutes has grown, examinations are standardized, and student evaluation formulas are rigid. The research has relied on the comparative approach to address its problem.
And based on his introduction of the theoretical framework of theoretical foundations and educational opinions, and based on the main objective of the research, which is to benefit from cloud computing applications in higher education institutions in the development of Egyptian higher education, and in light of the findings of the research from the experiences of the countries of India, the United States of America, Britain, Poland, and Russia The research presented a proposed scenario that contributes to the application of cloud computing in Egyptian higher education institutions.
