الملخص العربى :

مع ظهور التقنيات الحديثة تأثرت المکتبات بإدخال الأنظمة الآلية المتکاملة التي تستطيع من خلال تطوير أدائها في تقديم خدمات المعلومات بدقة وبسرعة وکفاءة لتقليل الأعمال الروتينية التي تکلف الوقت والجهد والمال وقد ظهرت الأساليب الرقمية يمکن نقلها من خلال الحاسب الآلي.
ومن ثم کان من الضروري تبني رقمية المکتبات الجامعية ومنها مکتبة کلية التربية النوعية بجامعة دمياط لتحقيق أقصي درجة من الفعالية والکفاءة في نقل وتبادل المعلومات والأفکار .
وتأتي مشکلة البحث ليجيب عن التساؤل التالي ماهي متطلبات تحويل مکتبة کلية التربية النوعية جامعة دمياط لمکتبة رقمية؟
- منهج الدراسة المنهج الوصفي.
وکانت أهم المقترحات التي توصل إليه البحث ما يلي:
- تقديم دعم مستوي مخصص لدعم المکتبة الإلکترونية
- تأمين صيانة البرمجيات والشبکات والتجهيزات الالکترونية وتطويرها
- تنسيق جهود رقمنة مصادر المعلومات علي المستوي المحلي.
- دعم الاتصال الدولي بالانترنت
- المواد برمجيات مناسبة لتأمين أعمال المکتبة وخاصة موضوع استرجاع المعلومات.
Abstract
With emergence of new technologies, libraries have been influenced by the introduction of automated system which can develop it's performance through introducing information services accurately and efficiently to reduce routines Which take time, effort and money.
So, the digital methods have emerged which can transform text, sound and picture into digital signs that can be transmitted from the computer.
Then, the university libraries had to be digitized as faculty of specific education library at Damietta University to achieve the maximum effectiveness and efficiency in transmitting and exchanging the informations and ideas.
The problem of the research comes in the following main question, what are the requirements for transforming university into digital library?
The methodology of research: The descriptive approach.
The top proposals which the research concluded:
1- Dedicated support for digital library.
2- Ensure the maintenance and development of software, networks and ware.
3- Coordinating the efforts for digitizing the information source on national level.
4- Supporting the international communication with internet.
5- Preparing suitable software to ensure library works especially information retrieval.
