تطوير المراکز الاستکشافية التعليمية بمصر على ضوء مدخل المنظمة الذکية "تصور مقترح"

الملخص العربى :
يهدف البحث إلى تطوير المراکز الاستکشافية التعليمية بمصر على ضوء مُدخل المنظمة الذکية، وذلک من خلال التعرف على الأسس الفکرية التي يقوم عليها مدخل المنظمة الذکية، وتوضيح الأسس التي تقوم عليها المراکز الاستکشافية، مع الترکيز على واقع المراکز الاستکشافية التعليمية بمصر. ولتحقيق هذا اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي، مستعينًا باستبانة لجمع البيانات التي تم تطبيقها على عينة البحث والمتمثلة في المسؤولين والعاملين بالمراکز الاستکشافية التعليمية، وکذلک إجراء مقابلات شخصية مع بعض المسؤولين، وقد توصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج والتي أکدت معظمها على ضرورة تطوير المراکز الاستکشافية التعليمية على ضوء أبعاد المنظمة الذکية. وانتهى البحث بوضع تصور مقترح لتطوير هذه المراکز من خلال الأبعاد الستة لمُدخل المنظمة الذکية، والتي تمثلت في (التکيف مع الأدوار المتغيرة- فهم البيئة الداخلية والخارجية- التعلم المستمر للقوى البشرية- انتهاج المنظور الاستراتيجي- البراعة وتبنِّي الإبداع والابتکار- استدامة الأنشطة والخدمات).
Abstract:
The research aimed to develop the educational exploratory centers in Egypt in the light of the smart organization’s approach, by identifying the intellectual foundations on which the smart organization’s entrance is based, and clarifying the foundations upon which the exploratory centers are based, with a focus on the reality of educational exploratory centers in Egypt.
In order to achieve this, the research relied on the descriptive method, using a questionnaire to collect data that was applied to the research sample, which is represented by officials and workers in educational exploratory centers, as well as conducting personal interviews with some officials. In light of the dimensions of the smart organization, and the research ended with a Proposed perspective for the development of these centers through the six dimensions of the approach of the smart organization; Which was represented in (adapting to changing roles - understanding the internal and external environment - continuous learning of human forces - adopting a strategic perspective - ingenuity and adopting creativity and innovation - sustainability of activities and services).
