رؤية مستقبلية لدور الجامعة في نشر ثقافة الرقمنة في المجتمع المصري تحقيقًا لأهداف رؤية مصر 2030

 هدف البحث إلى استقراء الدور المستقبلي الذي يمکن أن تقوم به الجامعة في نشر ثقافة الرقمنة في إطار سعيها لدعم رؤية مصر 2030 للتحول الرقمي، وتحديد ووضع الآليات المناسبة التي يمکن أن تعتمد عليها الجامعة في القيام بدورها المستقبلي المنتظر في نشر ثقافة الرقمنة في المجتمع المصري، وکذا تحديد متطلبات تحقيق الدور المستقبلي للجامعة في نشر ثقافة الرقمنة في المجتمع المصري، والوقوف على الصعوبات التي قد تعوق الجامعة خلال قيامها بهذا الدور المستقبلي، واقتراح السًبل الکفيلة بمواجهة هذه الصعوبات والتغلب عليها.
 واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي، وتم استطلاع رأي مجموعة من التربويين حول أهمية الدور المستقبلي المقترح للجامعة لنشر ثقافة الرقمنة في المجتمع، ومناسبة آليات تنفيذ تلک الأدوار، وتوصل البحث إلى أربعة أدوار مستقبلية يتطلب من الجامعة القيام بها لنشر ثقافة الرقمنة في المجتمع، تنطوى کل منهم على جملة من الأدوار المستقبلية الفرعية، وآليات تنفيذها، وهم: نشر ثقافة الرقمنة بين الطلاب ودمجهم في خدمة المجتمع، التثقيف الرقمي والتنمية التکنولوجية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس، محو الأمية الرقمية وزيادة الوعي الرقمي لأفراد المجتمع، تعزيز قيم المواطنة الرقمية بين أفراد المجتمع 

 Abstract:
The aim of the research is to extrapolate the future role that the university can play in spreading the culture of digitization in the context of its quest to support Egypt’s 2030 vision for digital transformation, and to identify and develop appropriate mechanisms that the university can rely on to play its expected future role in spreading the culture of digitization in the Egyptian society, as well as Determining the requirements to achieve the future role of the university in spreading the culture of digitization in the Egyptian society, identifying the difficulties that may hinder the university during its performance of this future role, and suggesting ways to confront and overcome these difficulties.
 The research used the descriptive approach, and the opinion of a group of educators was surveyed about the importance of the proposed future role of the university to spread the culture of digitization in society, and the appropriateness of the mechanisms for implementing those roles. A number of future sub-roles, and the mechanisms for their implementation, namely: spreading the culture of digitization among students and integrating them into community service, digital education and technological development for faculty members, digital literacy and increasing digital awareness of community members, promoting the values ​​of digital citizenship among members of society.
