معوقات الممارسة المهنية للأخصائي الاجتماعي في المجال الطبي وتصور مقترح من منظور نظرية الدور لمواجهتها

   الملخص العربى :
تعد الخدمة الاجتماعية الطبية من المجالات الرئيسية لمهنة الخدمة الاجتماعية, وهذه الخدمة تؤدى في مؤسسات طبية مختلفة کالمستشفيات, والمراکز الصحية من خلال أدوار محددة تتکامل مع أدوار بقية الفريق الطبي المعالج, وغايتها تقديم خدمات صحية متميزة, ورعاية اجتماعية أفضل لجميع المرضى.
وهدفت الدراسة إلى الوقوف على المعوقات التي تحول دون تحقيق الأخصائي الاجتماعي للأدوار المهنية للممارسة في المجال الطبي من أجل التوصل الى تصور مقترح لمواجهتها
واعتمدت الباحثة على المنهج المسح الاجتماعي وقد تمَّ تطبيق أداة الدراسة - الإستبانة- على عينة عشوائية منظمة فبلغت (6) مستشفيات و بلغ عدد الاخصائيين (37) أخصائي وأخصائية يمثلون مجتمع الدراسة.
وقد أسفرت الدراسة عن عدد من النتائج، أهمها:
-       إن أفراد عينة الدراسة موافقون إلى حد ما على معوقات الممارسة المهنية التي ترجع إلى الأخصائي الاجتماعي.
-       إن أفراد عينة الدراسة موافقون إلى حد ما على معوقات الممارسة المهنية للأخصائي الاجتماعي المرتبطة بالمؤسسة الطبية.
-       إن أفراد عينة الدراسة موافقون إلى حد ما على معوقات الممارسة المهنية للأخصائي الاجتماعي المرتبطة بالفريق العلاجي.
-       إن أفراد عينة الدراسة موافقون إلى حد ما على معوقات الممارسة المهنية للأخصائي الاجتماعي المرتبطة بعلاقته مع المرضى.
-       التوصل الى تصور مقترح لمواجهة المعوقات التي تحول دون تحقيق الأخصائي الاجتماعي للأدوار المهنية للممارسة في المجال الطبي.
وفي ضوء النتائج توصلت الباحثة لعدد من التوصيات، منها:
-       ضرورة إعداد المؤتمرات والندوات لمناقشة معوقات الممارسة المهنية للأخصائي الاجتماعي في المجال الطبي.
-       ضرورة تکثيف دور الإعلام لتوعية المرضى بدور الأخصائي الاجتماعي في المجال الطبي.
-       تکثيف الدورات التدريبية المخصصة للأخصائيين الاجتماعيين في المجالات الطبية.

Medical social service is one of the main areas of the social work profession, and this service is performed in various medical institution such as hospitals and health centers through specific roles that are integrated with the roles of the rest of the medical team treating and its goal is to provide distinguished health services and better social care for all patients.
The study aimed to identify the obstacles that prevent the social worker from achieving the professional roles of practice in the medical field in order to reach a propised conception to confront them.
The researcher relied on the social survey method and the study tool was applied. The questionnaire was conducted on an organized random sample, which amounted to (6) hospitals, and the number of specialists was (37) male and female specialists representing the study community.
The study resulted in a number of results, the most important of which are:-

The study sample members agree to some extent on the obstacles to professional practice that are due to the social worker.
The study sample members agree to some extent on the obstacles to professional practice of the social worker associated with the medical institution.
The study sample members agree to some extent on the obstacles to the professional practice of the social worker associated with the treatment team.
The study sample members agree to some extent on the obstacles to the professional practice of the social worker related to his relationship with patients.
Reaching a proposed conception to confront the obstacles that prevent the social worker from achieving the professional roles of practicing in the medical field.

In light of the results, the researcher reached a number of recommendations, including :-

The necessity of preparing conferences and seminars to discuss the obstacles to the professional practice of the social worker in the medical field.
The necessity of intensifying the role of the media to educate patients about the role of the social worker in the medical field.
Intensifying training courses for social workers in the medical fields.
