دور الادارة الرقمية في تنمية مهارات القيادات الابداعية دراسة حالة جامعة الملک خالد

الملخص العربى :
يهدف هذا البحث بصفة رئيسية للتحقق من مدي توافر مقومات الادارة الرقمية بالجامعات الحکومية السعودية ، وأثر ذلک في تنمية المهارات القيادية للقيادات الجامعية ، وذلک کما يدرکها القيادات الاکاديمية في الکليات التابعة لها ( العمداء / الوکلاء / رؤساء الاقسام العلمية) ، وتکون مجتمع البحث من کافة القيادات بجامعة الملک خالد – کدراسة حالة – للجامعات الحکومية السعودية ، وتم جمع البيانات من خلال الاستبيان ، ووصلت نسبة الردود إلي 80 % ،وتم اختبار ثبات وصدق القائمة من خلال معامل ألفا کرونباخ، وأخيرا تم اختبار فروض البحث من خلال بعض الاختبارات الاحصائية المناسبة ، وأظهرت نتائج البحث توافر مقومات تطبيق الادارة الرقمية بدرجة متوسطة، وأن درجة ممارسة مهارات القيادة الابداعية کان بدرجة متوسطة، وأنه "توجد علاقة معنوية ذات دلالة احصائية بين توفر مقومات الادارة الرقمية وتنمية مهارات القيادة الابداعية"، کما تبين من الدراسة أنه "يوجد تأثير جوهري لمقومات الادارة الرقمية علي تنمية مهارات القيادة الابداعية لدي القيادات الاکاديمية بجامعة الملک خالد". وقدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات.

This research aimed mainly to verify the availability of digital management components in Saudi government universities and the impact on the development of leadership skills of university leaders, as recognized by the academic leaders in their faculties (deans/agents/ heads of scientific departments) and the research community consists of all leaders at King Khalid University - as a case study - for Saudi government universities ,The data was collected through the questionnaire, and the percentage of responses reached 80%, The reliability and validity of the list was also tested through the Cronbach Alpha coefficient,, and finally the research hypotheses were tested through a range of statistical methods, most notably Pearson correlation coefficient and regression analysis for two variables,  and ANOVA analysis The results of the research showed the availability of the elements of the application of digital management to a medium degree, and that the degree of practice of creative leadership skills was moderate, and that "there is a statistically significant moral relationship between the availability of the components of digital management and the development of creative leadership skills." Digital administration on developing the creative leadership skills of academic leaders at King Khalid University. The study presented a set of recommendations.
