الملخص العربى :
        يقدم البحث دور التربية في الحفاظ علي ثوابت الثقافة العربية،  فثقافة الأمم هى قوام شخصيتها ،والمعبر الأصيل عن تطلعاتها وأمانيها، والدعامة الحقيقية لوحدتها الشاملة، و حيث إن الحفاظ على تراثها وإنتقاله بين أجيالها المتعاقدة وتجديده هو ضمان تماسک الأمة ونهوضها بدورها الإبداعى فى مجال الحضارة الإنسانية والثقافة أکثر النشاطات اتصالاً بکرامة الإنسان فيها تتأکد للفرد ذاته وتقرر شخصيته وبها يمارس حريته وبها يتحرر المجتمع وتثبت هويته. وعلي هذا الأساس لابد من بناء استراتيجية جديدة للتربية العربية تستند إلي فلسفة واضحة المعالم ومنبثقة من مطامح الشعب العربي وأهدافه في الوحدة العربية. حيث يمکن للتربيةأن تسهم بشکل فعال في الحفاظ علي الثوابت الثقافية للأمة العربية في ظل التحديات والمتغيرات العالمية تستهدف الدراسة تحديد أهم المتطلبات اللازمة للحفاظ علي ثوابت الثقافة العربية وذلک بالتعرف علي مفهوم الثقافة والثقافة العربيةو الثابت والمتغير.والتعرف على مقومات الدور التربوي في الحفاظ علي الثوابت الثقافية للمجتمع.والتعرف علي المعوقات التي تحول دون قيام التربية بدورها في الحفاظ علي ثوابت الثقافة العربية.التعرف علي المتطلبات التربوية اللازمة للحفاظ علي ثوابت الثقافة العربية ، وتظهر اهمية الدراسة في أن الحفاظ علي ثوابت الثقافة العربية،يأتي انطلاقا من أنها سلاح کلّ عربيّ حتّى لا يتکرّر ما فات ، هي درع لکلّ مواطن عربيّ وکلّ بلد عربيّ ، حتّى يستطيع أن يحافظ على حرّيّته ، وهي سلاحنا الرّئيسيّ في معرکتنا ضدّ الصّهيونيّة والاستعمار والتقسيم و التبعية.

 The aim of the study is to identify the most important requirements for the preservation of Arab culture. This is by learning about the concept of Arab culture and culture, which is constant and changing. and to recognize the values of the educational role in preserving the cultural constants of society Identifying obstacles to education in maintaining Arab culture ,Identifying the educational requirements for maintaining Arab culture
The importance of the study is reflected in the preservation of the constants of Arab culture. It comes from the fact that it's every Arab's weapon so it doesn't happen again. It's a shield for every Arab citizen and every Arab country. So he can keep his freedom. It is our main weapon in our fight against Zionism, colonialism, partition and dependency.
