إن تفعيل الأنشطة المدرسية يساعد الطلاب على اکتشاف مواهبهم ، وتنمية قدراتهم على الإبداع والابتکار. فالأنشطة المدرسيةهى أولى الخطوات ؛ لبناء وتشکيل هوية أطفالنا ، فهم غداً قادة المستقبل . وأخصائىّ الأنشطة المدرسية هم المسئولون عن هذه المهمة ؛ لذا من الواجب توفير الإمکانيات التى يحتاجون إليها ، والاهتمام بتدريبهم المستمر ، وتقديرهم على أعمالهم الجيدة .

    يتوقف مدى تعزيز الهوية الوطنية لطلاب التعليم الإبتدائى بمصر على مقدار تفعيل الأنشطة المدرسية . ولکى يتم تفعيلها ، تحتاج إلى الاهتمام بأخصائىّ الأنشطة المدرسية ، وتدريبهم المستمر، وإمدادهم بالمستجدات فى المجال التقنى ، والعلمى ، والنظريات التربوية الحديثة . وتقدير أدوارهم .
