الملخص العربى :
    هدف البحث رصد معوقات ممارسة مديري مدارس التعليم العام  بمحافظة الدقهلية لمهارات الإدارة الاستراتيجية، والتوصل إلى أبرز المقترحات  لمواجهة معوقات ممارسة مديري مدارس التعليم العام  بمحافظة الدقهلية لمهارات الإدارة الاستراتيجية ، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفى، وتم تطبيق الاستبانة على عينة مکونة من (1400) من معلمى ومديرى مدارس التعليم العام  بمحافظة الدقهلية، وانتهى البحث إلى صياغة مجموعة من المقترحات لمواجهة معوقات ممارسة مديري مدارس التعليم العام  بمحافظة الدقهلية لمهارات الإدارة الاستراتيجي، منها: الاستفادة من تجارب المدارس الرائدة عالمياً في مجال التخطيط الاستراتيجي ، مع الأخذ بعين الاعتبار ظروف وواقع المجتمع المصرى ، ومراعاة تطبيق ما يناسب من العادات والقيم وفلسفة المجتمع وثقافته، وإجراء عملية المراجعة والتقييم المستمر للأداء من قبل المسئولين لتصميم الانحرافات في أداء المدراء ، وتقديم التغذية الراجعة لهم باستمرار، أن تقوم وزارة التربية والتعليم بعقد دورات تدريبية بشکل دوري ومستمر تتعلق بالتخطيط الاستراتيجي، والتفکير الاستراتيجي ، وذلک قبل وأثناء وبعد تعيين مديري المدارس

The aim of the research is to identify the obstacles to the practice of general education school principals in the Dakahlia governorate of strategic management skills, and to reach the most prominent proposals to confront the obstacles to the practice of general education school principals in Dakahlia governorate of strategic management skills.
