هدف البحث إلى وضع رؤية مقترحة لدور معلمي مدارس التعليم العام بمدينة أبها الحضرية في تحقيق أبعاد المواطنة الرقمية (التمکين الرقمي، والتواصل الرقمي، والأمن الرقمي، والصحة والسلامة الرقمية) لطلابها، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي والاستبانة کأداة للبحث طبقت على عينة بلغت (375) مفردة من القادة والمشرفين والمشرفات والمعلمين والمعلمات بتلک المدارس؛ وأسفر البحث عن وضع الرؤية المقترحة، وموافقة أفراد عينة البحث حول أهمية دور المعلم في تحقيق أبعاد المواطنة الرقمية (التمکين الرقمي، والتواصل الرقمي، والأمن الرقمي، والصحة والسلامة الرقمية) لطلابها بدرجة" کبيرة"، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في استجابات أفراد عينة البحث حول دور المعلم في تحقيق أبعاد (التمکين الرقمي، والتواصل الرقمي، والأمن الرقمي) للمواطنة الرقمية للطلبة تعزى لمتغير الوظيفة الحالية، والمرحلة التعليمية، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات أفراد عينة البحث حول المحور الرابع المتعلق بدور المعلم في تحقيق بعد (الصحة والسلامة الرقمية) للمواطنة الرقمية للطلبة تعزى لمتغير الوظيفة الحالية بين فئة القائد والمشرف، وفئة المعلم والمشرف؛ وأوصى البحث بعقد دورات تدريبية لقادة المدارس والمعلمين حول مهارات محو الأمية الرقمية، وتدريب المعلمين على توظيف التقنيات الرقمية في العملية التعليمية، وإدخال المواطنة الرقمية ومجالاتها المختلفة في المقررات بمراحل التعليم المختلفة للتوعية بالاستخدام الأمن للتکنولوجيا الرقمية.

The aim of the research was to develop a proposed vision of the role of public education school teachers in the urban city of Abha in achieving the dimensions of digital citizenship (digital empowerment, digital communication, digital security, health and digital safety) for their students, and the research used descriptive and questionnaire method as a research tool applied to a single sample of 375 From leaders, supervisors, supervisors, teachers and teachers in those schools, the research resulted in the development of the proposed vision, and the approval of the research sample members on the importance of the role of the teacher in achieving the dimensions of digital citizenship (digital empowerment, digital communication, digital security, digital health and safety) to its students to a degree." The absence of statistically significant differences in the responses of the research sample members about the role of the teacher in achieving dimensions (digital empowerment, digital communication, digital security) of student digital citizenship due to the change in current job, educational stage, and statistically significant differences between the responses of the research sample members on the fourth axis of the teacher's role in achieving the digital citizenship of students is due to the change in the current function between the leader, supervisor, teacher and supervisor; Digital literacy, training teachers to employ digital technologies in the educational process, and introducing digital citizenship and its various fields in courses at different levels of education to raise awareness of the security use of digital technology.
