التکامل الوظيفي بين الأخصائي الاجتماعي والأخصائي النفسي في مواجهة مشکلة التنمر المدرسي

هدف البحث الحالي إلي التعرف علي واقع مشکلة التنمر المدرسي بمدارس الحلقة الثانية من التعليم الأساسي بمحافظة الدقهلية، وکيف يمکن مواجهتها من خلال التکامل الوظيفي بين الأخصائي الاجتماعي المدرسي والأخصائي النفسي،ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تم تطبيق استبيان علي عينة من الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين والأخصائيين النفسيين العاملين في مدارس الحلقة الثانية من التعلم الأساسي ، وقد استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي لملائمتة لموضوع الدراسة،وتوصلت الدراسة إلي وجود تعدد وتنوع في أشکال وممارسات التنمر المدرسي بين الطلاب ،هناک العديد من أسباب وعوامل التنمر المدرسي،للتنمر المدرسي آثار سلبية علي الطالب  سواء المتنمر أو الضحية، کما أن الآثار السلبية للتنمر تمتد لتشمل المدرسة والعملية التعليمية والمجتمع، کما توصلت الدراسة إلي أن تکامل أدوار الأخصائي الاجتماعي المدرسي والأخصائي النفسي يمکن أن يسهم في إيجاد حلول لمواجهة مشکلة التنمر في المدرسة،وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة الاهتمام بالمشکلات المدرسية وخصوصا مشکلة التنمر المدرسي لما لها من آثار سلبية مباشرة على أطراف العملية التعليمية والمجتمع ، والعمل کفريق في استحداث حلول علمية لمشکلة التنمر المدرسي ،وضرورة تفعيل التکامل الوظيفي بين الأخصائي الاجتماعي المدرسي والأخصائي النفسي لمواجهة المشکلات المدرسية

الملخص الانجليزى :

       The aim of the current research is to identify the reality of the problem of school bullying in schools for the second cycle of basic education in Dakahlia Governorate, and how it can be faced through career integration between the school social worker and the psychologist To achieve the goals of the research, a questionnaire was applied to a sample of social workers and psychologists working in schools for the second cycle of basic learning.
The study used the descriptive approach to suit the study topic.
The study found that there is a plurality and diversity in the forms and practices of school bullying among students. There are many reasons and factors for school bullying. School bullying has negative effects on the student, whether the bully or the victim. The negative effects of bullying extend to include the school, the educational process, and society.
The study also concluded that the integration of the roles of the school social worker and the psychologist can contribute to finding solutions to confront the problem of bullying in school,
The study recommended the necessity to pay attention to school problems, especially the problem of school bullying because of its direct negative effects on the parties to the educational process and society.
And work as a team in developing scientific solutions to the problem of school bullying, and the need to activate career integration between the school social worker and the psychologist to confront school problems
