تصور مقترح لتفعيل دور الأسرة ورياض الأطفال في إکساب طفل الروضة بعض مفاهيم المواطنة الرقمية

تهدف الدراسة إلى وضع تصور مقترح حول الدور الذي يمکن أن تقوم به کل من الأسرة ورياض الأطفال، لإکساب طفل الروضة بعض مفاهيم المواطنة الرقمية، کأحد المتطلبات الهامة لمواکبة الثورة التکنولوجية التي نعيشها في العصر الحالي والذي سمي بالعصر الرقمي، ودعت الدراسة إلى أهمية إکساب الأطفال الأسس والقواعد والمفاهيم والسلوکيات اللازمة لمواطنة رقمية مثلى، تساعدهم على التعامل السليم والآمن مع الأجهزة الرقمية الالکترونية وکذلک توضيح دور معلمة الروضة ودور الأسرة، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، واشتملت عينة الدراسة على(50) معلمة رياض الأطفال، کما اشتملت على(473) من أولياء أمور الأطفال الملتحقين برياض الأطفال، واستخدمت الباحثة أدوات الدراسة التي تمثلت في (الاستبانة لکل من المعلمات وأولياء الأمور) وأيضا اشتملت العينة على (100) طفلاً طُبق عليهم اختبار المواقف المصور.
وقد أوضحت النتائج : قلة معرفة طفل الروضة لمفاهيم المواطنة الرقمية، وکذلک قلة وعي أولياء أمور الأطفال لهذه المفاهيم والتي أثرت على دورهم في إکساب الطفل لها، وکذلک قلة الإلمام  الکافي لمعلمة الروضة بمفاهيم المواطنة الرقمية، کما أوضح کل من المعلمات وأولياء الأمور عن بعض المعوقات التي أثرت على دورهما في إکساب طفل الروضة بعض مفاهيم المواطنة الرقمية، وقد قدمت الباحثة تصور مقترح لتفعيل دور الأسرة ورياض الأطفال في إکساب طفل الروضة بعض مفاهيم المواطنة الرقمية، کما قدمت الباحثة مجموعة من التوصيات والمقترحات .

The study aims to develop a proposal on the role that can be played by both the family and kindergarten, to teach the kindergarten child some concepts of digital citizenship, as one of the important requirements to keep up with the technological revolution that we live in the current era which is called the digital age, and the study asserted the importance of teaching Children some fundamentals, rules, concepts and behaviors necessary for digital citizenship which help them to deal properly and securely with electronic digital devices as well as clarifying the role of the kindergarten teacher and the role of the family, the researcher used the descriptive analytical curriculum, and the study sample included (50)  kindergarten teachers, as well as (473) Parents of children enrolled in kindergarten, the researcher used the study tools (questionnaire for both teachers and parents) and the sample also included (100) children applied to them the test of the illustrated situations.
The results show that the child's knowledge of digital citizenship is low, as well as the lack of awareness of these concepts by parents of children, which has affected their role in the child’s acquisition to these concepts, as well as the lack of knowledge and awareness of the teacher of kindergarten, as indicated by the teachers and parents about some of the obstacles They have a role in giving kindergarten children some concepts of digital citizenship. The researcher presented a proposal to activate the role of family and kindergarten in providing kindergarten children with some concepts of digital citizenship, and also presented a set of recommendations and proposals .
