تصور مقترح لتفعيل الشراکة الاستراتيجية بين جامعة دمياط والمؤسسات الإنتاجية المحلية

يهدف البحث الحالى إلى وضع تصور مقترح لتفعيل الشراکة الاستراتيجية بين جامعة دمياط والمؤسسات الإنتاجية المحلية من خلال التعرف على واقع ومعوقات تلک الشراکة .
وقام الباحث ببناء استبيان من ( 30 ) فقرة وزعت على محورين رئيسين هما: واقع الشراکة الاستراتيجية بين جامعة دمياط والمؤسسات الإنتاجية المحلية ؛ ومعوقات الشراکة الاستراتيجية بين جامعة دمياط والمؤسسات الإنتاجية المحلية، وفي نهاية الاستبان وضع الباحث سؤالا مفتوحًا خاصًا بمقترحات أعضاء هيئة التدريس.
وتألفت عينة الدراسة من (196) من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بکليات الفنون التطبيقية، والزراعة، والتجارة بجامعة دمياط.
وقد توصل البحث إلى النتائج التالية:
1- أن المتوسط الحسابي لواقع تفعيل الشراکة بين کليات جامعة دمياط والمؤسسات الإنتاجية المحلية ککل بلغ(2.81) بدرجة توافر متوسطة.
2- أن المتوسط الحسابي لمعوقات تفعيل الشراکة بين کليات جامعة دمياط والمؤسسات الإنتاجية المحلية بلغ (3.51 ) بدرجة توافر مرتفعة إلى حد ما.
3- وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين کليات جامعة دمياط في واقع تفعيل الشراکة لصالح کليتي الفنون التطبيقية والزراعة عن کلية التجارة، بينما لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين کليات جامعة دمياط في معوقات تفعيل الشراکة مع المؤسسات الإنتاجية المحلية.
وفي ضوء نتائج البحث والدراسات السابقة قام الباحث بوضع تصور مقترح لتفعيل الشراکة الاستراتيجية بين جامعة دمياط والمؤسسات الإنتاجية المحلية، وأختم البحث بتقديم عدد من التوصيات المقترحة لتفعيل مجالات الشراکة الإستراتيجية بين جامعة دمياط والمؤسسات الإنتاجية المحلية.

: The study aims at developing a proposed vision for implementing strategic partnership between Damietta University and local productive institution. The researcher conducted a survey of (30) paragraphs divided into two main concepts; the implementation of the strategic partnership between Damietta University and local productive institution and the obstacles of such implementation. At the end of the survey he raises an open question about the suggestions of the faculty members.
The study sample consists of (196) of the faculty members in the Faculties of Applied Arts, Agriculture and Commerce in Damietta University.
The study concluded that:
1- The statistical average of implementing the partnership between the faculties of Damietta University and local productive institutions as a whole reached (2.81) with a medium availability.
2- The statistical average of the obstacles of implementing the partnership between Damietta University and the local productive institutions reached (3.51) with a fairly high availability.
3- There are statistical differences between the faculties of Damietta University in the implementation of the partnership for the colleges of applied arts, agriculture, and the Faculty of Commerce, while there are no statistical differences between the faculties of Damietta University in the obstacles of implementing partnership with the local productive institutions.
In light of the previous results, the researcher developed a proposed vision for implementing the strategic partnership between Damietta University and local production institutions. He concluded the research by presenting a number of recommendations proposed to apply the areas of strategic partnership between Damietta University and local productive institutions.
