مشكلات تطبيق الإرشاد الأكاديمي وسبل التغلب عليها من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس بكلية التربية جامعة الإسكندرية

الملخص العربي:

صار الاهتمام بالإرشاد الأكاديمي ضرورة تفرضها تطبيق معايير الجودة في التعليم الجامعي، مما  يتطلب إدراك الجامعات لمسئوليتها في توفير بيئة آمنة وصحية لطلابها نفسياً، واجتماعياً، وأكاديمياً، وتلبية حاجة الطلبة للنصح والإرشاد والتوجيه خصوصًا في السنوات الجامعية الأولى.
وقد سعت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد أبرز المشكلات التي تواجه تطبيق الإرشاد الأكاديمي بكلية التربية جامعة الإسكندرية؛ سواءً في المرحلة الجامعية الأولى، أومرحلة الدراسات العليا؛ وذلك من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالكلية، واعتمدت الدراسة على استخدام المنهج الوصفي من خلال تحليل الأدب التربوي والدراسات السابقة، وذلك للتعرف على طبيعة الإرشاد الأكاديمي، ونشأته وتطوره، وأشكاله، وأهميته، وأهدافه، وعرض لتجربة كلية التربية جامعة الإسكندرية في تطبيق نظام الإرشاد الأكاديمي، ومن ثم، تم تطبيق استبانة على عينة مكونة من (100) من المرشدين الأكاديميين من أعضاء هيئة التدريس بالكلية، التعرف على آراء أعضاء هيئة التدريس حول المشكلات التي تواجه تطبيق الإرشاد الأكاديمي، والتي صنفت إلى مشكلات مرتبطة بالمرشد الأكاديمي، ومشكلات مرتبطة بخطة وجدول الدراسة، ومشكلات مرتبطة بالطالب، ومشكلات إدارية وفنية.
وخلصت الدراسة إلى اتفاق استجابات المرشدين الأكاديميين بالكلية من أفراد عينة الدراسة وذلك بدرجة كبيرة إلى متوسطة على أبرز المشكلات المرتبطة بتطبيق الإرشاد الأكاديمي بالكلية، وسبل التغلب عليها بغض النظر عن متغيرات النوع، والتخصص، والرتبة الأكاديمية، وخلصت الدراسة إلى طرح مجموعة من التوصيات لمواجهة تلك المشكلات.

Abstract
The academic advising becomes a necessity imposed by the application of the quality standdards at the university. This requires the recognition of the responsibility of the university in providing a psychologically, socially, academically, safe and healthy environment for their students. Especially, their students need to advising and directing in the first study years.
The current study attempted to identify the most common prolems of the application of the academic advising at the faculty of education, Alexandria university and how to confront them according to the views of the faculty members staff. This study depended on the descriptive method in identifying the nature, origins, importance, types, and the objectives of the academic advising. Also, this study analyzed the experience of the faculty of education in applying theacademic advising, its problems and how to confront them using a questionnaire that was applied on a sample consisted of (100) academic advisors of the faculty members to identify their viewpoints about the problems related to the academic advisor, student, study plan, administrative, technical problems and the ways to confront them.
            The study results revealted the agreement of the academic advisors’ responses in a strong degree to both problems and ways to confromt them whatever according to the variables of (sex, academic ranking, Displine). There were not any statistically significant differences between them. Finally, study provided recommendations to develop the academic advising at the faculty of education, Alexandria University.
