معوقات تطبيق مدخل إدارة المعرفة فى تطوير الإدارة المدرسية بمرحلة التعليم الأساسى وسُبل التغلب عليها

الملخص العربى :
يُعد مدخل إدارة المعرفة Knowledge Management أحد المداخل الهامة التى ظهرت مع مطلع التسعينيات من القرن العشرين، وتأتى أهميته من أهمية المعرفة ذاتها، فالعالم الآن يعيش عصر المعلومات، عصر تتحول فيه المعرفة إلى قوة، ويتغير فيه مصدر الثروة من ملکية المواد الخام ووسائل الإنتاج أو السيطرة عليها وعلى أسواقها إلى التمکن من صناعة المعرفة، وتوظيف العلم توظيفًا اجتماعيًا واقتصاديًا.
ومن ثم کان لابد من النظر إلى الإدارة المدرسية والعمل على تطويرها فى ضوء الفکر الإدارى المعاصر؛ وذلک من خلال تحديد المتطلبات اللازمة لذلک التطوير فى ضوء أحد المداخل الإدارية الحديثة ألا وهو مدخل إدارة المعرفة.
ولذاهدف البحث الحالى إلى محاولة التوصل إلى سُبل مواجهة المعوقات التى قد تواجه تطبيق مدخل إدارة المعرفة فى تطوير الإدارة المدرسية بمرحلة التعليم الأساسى ، وذلک من خلال :
1. التنظير للإدارة المدرسية ومدخل إدارة المعرفة.
2. تحديد المعوقات التى قد تواجه تطبيق مدخل إدارة المعرفة فى تطوير الإدارة المدرسية بمرحلة التعليم الأساسى.
واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفى بهدف رصد المعوقات التى قد تواجه تطبيق مدخل إدارة المعرفة فى تطوير الإدارة المدرسية بمرحلة التعليم الأساسى؛ ومن ثم تحديد أبرز السُبل لمواجهة تلک المعوقات، وکشفت النتائج عن وجود مجموعة من المعوقات تواجه تطبيق مدخل إدارة المعرفة فى تطوير الإدارة المدرسية بمرحلة التعليم الأساسى ومنها:
- سيطرة الثقافة التى تکبح التشارک فى المعرفة بمدارس مرحلة التعليم الأساسى.
- قلة وعى العاملين بمدارس مرحلة التعليم الأساسى بمدخل إدارة المعرفة.
- قلة توفير مصادر المعرفة اللازمة داخل مدارس مرحلة التعليم الأساسى.
- ارتفاع تکاليف نظام إدارة المعرفة بمدارس مرحلة التعليم الأساسى.
- نقص المهارات الخاصة بأساليب إدارة المعرفة.

The entrance to knowledge management is one of the important entrances that appeared in the early nineties of the twentieth century, and its importance stems from the importance of knowledge itself.
the world is now living in the information age in which knowledge turns into power  It and its markets to be able to manufacture knowledge, and to employ science in a social and economic way.
Therefore, the current research aims to try to find ways to confront the obstacles that may face the application of the knowledge management approach in the development of school management in the basic education stage, through:
1. Theorization of school administration and the entrance to knowledge management.
2. Determining the obstacles that may face the application of the knowledge management approach in the development of school management in the basic education stage.
The research used the descriptive approach in order to monitor the obstacles that may face the application of the knowledge management approach in the development of school administration in the basic education stage. And then identify the most prominent ways to confront these obstacles, and the results revealed the existence of a set of obstacles facing the application of the knowledge management approach in the development of school management in the basic education stage, including:
- The dominance of culture that inhibits knowledge sharing in basic education schools.
-The lack of awareness of workers in basic education schools about the entrance to knowledge management.
- Lack of provision of the necessary sources of knowledge within the schools of the basic education stage.
- The high costs of the knowledge management system in basic education schools.
Lack of skills for knowledge management methods.
- A set of ways and means have been reached to overcome these obstacles and then develop school administration in the basic education stage.
